Franc Postič (Ger. Franz Postitsch) (*16. 01. 1794, Zagreb, Croatia +29. 10. 1861, Sv. Ana, Slovenia): - high school in Zagreb, - first employment in Radgona (surgeon assistant), - graduating from surgical institute in Graz (1817) - moved to Sveta Ana where he took the position of a local surgeon. Postič s house in year 2011 There, Franc Postič built a larger house, which also housed his office, specialized medicine library and a modern pharmacy. His knowledge and leading-by-example made him an important influence on spreading modern viticulture and fruit farming in the surroundings. He also took care of building and road construction in Sv. Ana, he was a mayor and a school proctor. 7
St. Anna am Kriechenberg (Sv. Ana) is, with its wine varieties, the most mentioned place in Trummer's book (22 times), while Kremberg is only mentioned twice. The book ovner UKM, R 23373. 8

Because of his recommendations and propagation of the vine, the vine was named»blaue Postitschtraube«(synonym) among the Styrian winegrowers. Franc Postič is probably one of the first people in the world whose last name serves as the name of a vine since 1841. 9
The žametovka (Blauer Kölner) is the oldest vine in the world. It has been growing in Maribor for more than 450 years. 10
This newspaper (Ampelographische Berichte, Bulletins Ampelographiques) is one of the first global agronomic scientific journals, having an important cultural significance for the development of viticulture and technical terminology. The International Commission for ampelography was issuing its Reports from October 1873 until September 1881 in Maribor. 11

Vinedresser's cottage Pergarjev vrh The general aim of the investment Vinedresser's cottage Pergarjev vrh with vine educational path is to contribute to the preservation of countryside s heritage and improving the quality of life and to affect indirectly the increased economic vitality of countryside areas. 15
Specific aim of this investment is to: - improve conditions for the cultural and countryside tourism development in the larger part of municipality of Sveta Ana, - renovate the building and premises for the permanent collection of ethnological heritage and history collection (Franc Postič, Franc Trummer, Herman Goethe), - establish the educational path, - expand opportunities for groups of specific interests and collaboration with various local culinary and craft services. The realization of the project provides also a more balanced regional development and development of settlements within the Municipality of Sveta Ana. Objective of the investment is to contribute to the preservation of heritage in the countryside and to improve the quality of life - and indirectly to affect the increased economic vitality of rural areas. 17
Ovtar is the part of ethnological heritage in this area. In the past Ovtar was an appreciated keeper of the vineyards, orchards and agricultural products. In the present Ovtar is a trademark for local products marketing and the sign of identity for Central Slovenske gorice. 18
