We encourage you to personally experience the spectacular views of the Black River and golf course from each of our three banquet rooms. Our event coordinator would be happy to discuss our high quality food and beverage packages and competitive pricing with you. Our professional staff believes that attention to detail is very important, and is readily available to help you plan your event and tend to all your special needs. It begins when we first meet and doesn t end until your day is complete! Black River Country Club is ready for any size event you may be planning! We are happy to accommodate events from 10 to 300 guests in our elegant banquet rooms. We also provide an outdoor tent option that accommodates up to 400 guests. A tent for your event is a blank canvas to create your dreams and make it a reality for a memorable night for all to remember for years to come! Ceremony space is available outside in our beautiful brick paved Courtyard (with an indoor alternative for unforeseen weather obstacles), if you wish to officiate on the premises. Our very large dance floor (24 x 42 ) provides excellent space for everyone to dance and enjoy their evening. We are happy to accommodate special needs menus by offering Vegetarian meals, Gluten Free options, allergy restrictions as well as children s meals at a discounted rate. Custom menus are available by request. Our reception packages include golf for four, golf cart usage for your wedding party for pictures on the course, cake cutting and service, complete table set-up, white linen, table skirting and clean up. Should you desire a weekday or Sunday date, we are happy to offer reduced rates on select items. We can also offer special packages for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and bachelor/bachelorette parties when you hold your wedding reception at Black River Country Club.
Rentals CHAIR COVERS & LINEN We will provide all your linen needs for you. White, short, table linens, white table linen and skirting along with white linen napkins are provided for you for no additional charge. Floor length tablecloths, colored linens and napkins, and overlays and chair covers are available by request at additional cost.* Banquet Room Options: Riggin Room: $$ Accommodates up to 50 guests Formal Dining Room: $$ 75 guests max. (Accommodates up to 75 guests without a dance floor and buffet.) The following guidelines apply: Buffet menu Up to 6 people can be invited to attend the taste testing (includes Bride & Groom) The meals are served family style. The following items can be selected for sampling: 2 entrees, 2 starches, 2 vegetables & 2 salads per tasting (based on availability determined by chef) Items not available for tasting: Steamship round of beef, roast prime rib, meat or vegetarian lasagna, roast turkey, boneless pork loin, dessert items, appetizer items $ per person (Beverages & Gratuity are not included) Entrée menu Up to 6 people can be invited to attend the taste testing (includes Bride & Groom) The meals are served by individual plates.
