This fee is applicable to all guests (Party guests and Restaurant visitors). After collecting 10 stamps on the conservation card we provide you with, you can redeem the card for a Tree Gift or donate it to one of our greening projects. Please note that this fee DOES NOT apply to children under the age of 2.

Page 6 Important Information and Terms and Conditions No External Foods or Drinks may be consumed unless purchased from Willow Feather Farm on our premises. Customers will be charged overtime rates if exceeding allocated time slots R400.00 per 30min, this is to protect other booked parties. Parties are only permitted in allocated venues. All additional set up will be charged at R250.00. Please note you are only allowed to bring your own special cake and party packs and decor. Custom cakes are also available on order from Willow Feather Farm. Venue fee only covers up to 50 people including kids, we charge R30 per person extra. Function exceeding 50 people, are to be quoted for separately by management. All venues & picnics are weather dependent; NO REFUNDS will be given due to bad weather. Please note that all entertainment must be arranged through Willow Feather Farm, for the safety of our clients and animals, no external entertainers (Face painters, Clowns, Party planners, Photographer, etc. will be permitted, without consent. Also please no music is permitted at all. All prices are subjected to change. Please note that a booking is only secured once the full venue hire fee has been received and confirmed by Willow Feather Farm. Please forward all proof of payments to management immediately after payment is made. Please note any reckless or misuse of Willow Feather Property that results in damage or breakages will be charge for accordingly. Any additional cleaning or washing up will be charged for. Please note, if you have a morning slot booking in the Barn or the Stable, please ensure you are packed up by 12h00 so that we can prepare for the afternoon party slot.
