2 General Information Booking Confirmations/Deposits In order to secure your function, a signed confirmation letter with credit card information must be received. Credit card s will be charged before delivery or catering event. Bills can be paid with cash, credit card, or cashier s check. Personal checks are not accepted. Food Packages Enclosed are Estia s Catering Packages. Menus must be confirmed at least one week prior to booked event with a banquet order form requiring your signature. All of our prix-fix menus can be customized specifically for your event. Catering Event Fee and Taxes Food, beverages and other services provided by Estia will be subject to state and local taxes. The 18% catering fee is an extra cost for full service events. See Page 14 for more details Plates, Utensils, Chafers, Etc.. All serving utensils are subjected to an extra cost. Please see last page of catering packet for extra fees. Full Service Catering Full service catering requires our professional servers and kitchen staff. Each server and chef will require a 3-hour minimum. Servers and Chefs are charged by the hour. Please see last page for details. Cancellations Cancellation are only allowed 48 hours prior to event delivery time. Any cancellation 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the final bill.
