Host an intimate dinner or private celebration, a social gathering or a corporate lunch or dinner. Enjoy a specially designed events menu or collaborate with our experienced Chefs to design a menu to suit. Vintaged events are catered by a highly experienced team that delivers outstanding food coupled with presentation perfection for any style of event.

Spaces + Capacities Private events at Vintaged are a full-scale experience. The restaurant features a selection of spaces including the Vintaged Bar, the Chef s Table, Wine Table and the Wine Cellar, Private Dining Room, all purposely conceived and perfect for events. Your function can be as formal or informal as you like. Chef s Table Enjoy the view from the Vintaged Chef s table, in front of the custom-made grill and aged beef cabinet. Designed to be a relaxed and interactive space, this is ideal for an intimate gathering of up to nine people. Minimum six maximum nine guests. Wine Table For lovers of fine wine, our specially designed Wine Table allows guests to enjoy wine tastings and pairings, special events, bespoke lunches and dinners. Located in front of the Wine Room, the Wine Table is enhanced by an ice well illuminated with LEDs down the middle of the table. The Vintaged team can create any type of event in this space, from an intimate sit-down dinner to drinks and canapés around the table for up to 60 people for standing cocktail receptions. Vintaged Restaurant The restaurant is available for larger celebrations and can cater to 147 guests for exclusive use. Vintaged Bar Located at the base of the 83m atrium, Vintaged Bar heralds the return of glamour and sophisticated socialising to hotel bars. Deposit All groups of 10 guests and above require a deposit of $10 per person to guarantee the booking. Payment Final payment must be made at the completion of the function. Please note that Vintaged does not accept personal cheques as balance of payment for the event. All prices are given as a guide only and vary according to the number of guests, date of the function and overall catering requirements. Menu selection and guest numbers Vintaged requires that menu selection and final guest numbers be confirmed 48 hours prior to the function date. This number can be decreased or increased however the number confirmed at 48 hours prior is the minimum amount that will be charged, any increase to this minimum number must be paid for at the completion of the function. Restaurant rights We reserve the right to remove from the premises any person behaving in an irresponsible manner. We assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the client or their guests. The client is responsible for delivery and collection of any external props/equipment.
