Dear customers, SEMIX PLUSO is not only a traditional manufacturer of baking and confectionery mixes, breakfast and snack cereals and the biggest poppy seed processor in the Czech Republic. It is also involved with the development and production of mixes for dairy products. We offer an extensive portfolio of ingredients and long-term experience with the production of a wide range of mixes for dairy products. We are able to satisfy our customers requirements. We are always open to new challenges and ideas, we are capable of developing products tailored to your production technology. We can adjust to the requirements for the final products, e.g. E-free, gluten-free, with low sugar content, natural flavours and colourings, containing minerals and vitamins, etc. Our clients can choose between different types of packaging. The mixes for dairy industry developed and manufactured in Semix Pluso bear a common trademark Lactimix. Examples of final dairy products: Desserts We are capable of manufacturing products with practically any flavour and look based on your requirements. Desserts can be hot-filled or coldfilled, the consistency of your products can be creamy, whipped or gel. As the basis can serve cream, milk, whey, curd, yoghurt, kephir or their combinations.
Rice pudding and semolina pudding We offer mixes for the production of popular snack desserts containing rice or semolina. Cream Cream stabilizers for the cream with 10-40 % of fat content, which help to maintain the product s homogeneity throughout its shelf life. They also enhance its whippability for both the home and industrial use. Further we offer topping stabilizers for dairy desserts, which ensure good volume of whipped cream foam and its stability.
Milk beverages and cocktails (milkshake) Stabilizers used for the production of flavoured milk beverages of various tastes, colours and thickness. Bake stable fillings for bakers Mixes are used for the production of bake and freeze stable ready-made fillings from curd, yoghurt, milk and whey. The fillings are put into various size buckets and delivered to shops (for domestic use) or bakeries/ confectioneries for industrial use. All fillings made from our mixes are bake stable. During baking the filling does not run out of the dough. Baked filling saves its typical taste and juiciness.
Bake stable creams for confectioners Mixes are used for the production of ready-made confectionery creams from curd and fat or only water and fat as the main ingredients. Packaging and usage are similar to that of bake stable fillings for bakers. The fillings made out of our mixes are popular, because they are fine, shiny, attractive, with smooth consistency and exceptionally good bake stability. They are used for both the surface decoration as well as for closed puff pastry, laminated yeast dough and regular yeast dough products. Suitable even for frozen products. Curd cake A mix used for the production of a ready-made cuttable curd filling with high curd content. The curd cake filling is to be spread on the dough base from shortbread or other dough with a desired layer thickness. The curd cake is then ready for baking. During baking process the curd layer does not fall down nor crackle and the filling stays stable and easily sliceable after cooling down.
Half-butter (semi-skimmed butter with 41% fat) A stabilizer for the half-butter production, in other words butter with low milk fat content (< 41 %). The product keeps its butter flavour and is easy to spread even at refrigerator temperatures. Whipping fillings from cream and curd The mix is used for production of a cream or cream and curd fillings. The product is tough after getting cool and it should be whipped before applied for instance on sponge cake. The volume of the filling increases up to 100% after whipping depending on intensity of mixing. The filling has a creamy consistency after been whipped and gets stiff very quickly in fridge. The filling is very stable and it does not fall down even after a few days. It is possible to put fruit on top of the filling. The ready product should be stored in refrigerator. The filling is made of cream, mix, milk and fat. The filling is intended both for confectioneries and home use.
Soft curd stabilizers A stabilizer used to equalize the different amounts of dry matter in the cold curd production. It creates a chunky consistency similar to the curd produced in traditional way. It is possible to stabilize classic, separated and ultra-filtrated curds. Thanks to the stabilizer, whey does not separate from curd during transportation and storage. Non-dairy products We have also developed stabilizer alternatives for non-dairy products such as soya, oat and rice desserts and beverages and alcohol jelly.
Plastic caps with muesli Your yoghurts can be complemented with our caps filled with muesli or flakes according to your choice. YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM SEVERAL TYPES OF OUR CEREALS PRODUCTS: Our crunchy flakes are truly whole-grain, thus they include outer layers of grain. They are rich in fibre. The cereals are produced at a special line with a unique process of gentle boiling, which allows for preserving original minerals, nutrients and vitamins in the processed grain. You can choose from the healthiest breakfast type cereals (sugar-free muesli) to flavoured muesli. There are also muesli in BIO quality and gluten-free muesli with high content of fibre in our assortment. Fibre is one of the key features of our products. It helps with digestion, decreases the risk of intestinal tumour diseases, which is a vital point due to the increase in colon cancer in the Czech Republic, while it also works as prevention of cardiovascular diseases and obesity. A special kind of fibre is beta-glucan which is naturally present for instance in oat and in some special types of barley. Oat grain together with its outer layer contains up to 12.5 % of fibre and up to 6.5 % of beta-glucan. Various sources state that beta-glucans significantly help the production of blood, which is invaluable when coping with radiation - may it be the normal one from everyday phone and computer radiation, or deliberate one during chemotherapy in patients suffering from cancer. Some specialists claim that beta-glucans are suitable for post-operation patients due to their antioxidant qualities and that they boost the immune system. But what has actually been scientifically proven is the fact that beta-glucan reduces cholesterol levels in blood. High cholesterol levels pose a risk of developing coronary heart disease. Our rich assortment of cereal products contains oat, barley, wheat, buckwheat and also millet grain muesli, flavoured versions contain healthy and tasty ingredients such as amaranth, banana, papaya or chocolate, etc.

Raduň Wetlands At Raduň near Opava we have established living conditions for amphibians who are nearly extinct in the Czech Republic. The Meadow at the Roundabout We take care of the meadow near the roundabout at I/57 road from Opava to Hradec nad Moravicí. Strejček s quarry Between Krčmaň and Grygov not far from Olomouc we take care of a protected natural sight - an abandoned limestone quarry. Salamander Pools At Valašská Bystřice area (Zlín County) we built a cascade of seven pools for reproduction of the fire salamander. The Butterfly Hillsides of Kobeřice At Kobeřice near Hlučín we keep a precious natural habitat with 32 unique species of daytime butterflies.
