Wedding Policies PAYMENT A $1500 nonrefundable deposit is required with your signed contract to hold the space for you. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. GUEST GUARANTEE We require your final guest count at least one week before the event. WEDDING CEREMONY There is a $1500 setup fee for ceremonies. This cost includes set up & break down, white wedding chairs, and the ceremony space for one hour. FOOD & BEVERAGE No food or beverage may be brought into Argyle Country Club with the exception of a wedding cake or specialty cake from a licensed baker. Due to health regulations, perishable leftovers may not be removed from the property. MENUS Menu selections must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your wedding. Our menus are designed to offer you a selection of quality items, however, the Chef is more than willing to tailor a unique menu to your specifications. Tastings are available for 4 guests. Please arrange a date and menu with the Director of Catering. Please inform the Director of Catering of any food allergies or religious restrictions upon selecting the menu. PLATED ENTRÉE OPTIONS Your guests choice of a plated entree must be predetermined, given to the catering manager with the Guaranteed Count, and delineated on a legible place card. BUFFET ALTERNATIVE You have the option of a buffet lunch or dinner for your reception. Contact the Catering Department for a quote based on your menu requests. LIABILITY Argyle Country Club is not responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise, articles, or valuables of the host or of the host s guests or contractors, prior to, during or subsequent to any function. Host is responsible for any damages done to facilities during the period of time the facilities are subject to the host s use. A damage deposit may be required and a cleaning fee may be assessed if extensive cleaning is required in the Club or in any part of the building or its grounds.
