Jimmy V s Steak House & Tavern Banquet Contract Jimmy V s Steak House & Tavern offers a semi-private dining room which accommodates 10 to 90 guests. Our facilities are perfect for rehearsal dinners, receptions, special occasions, and business dinners. Seating times on certain days may be flexible. Our Event Coordinator will gladly assist you in selecting a menu, to suite your needs, as well as attending to every detail. For groups less than 40 we do not, however, guarantee that your group will be the only group in the room. As the room accommodates up to 90 guests for a seated dinner, we will partition off the room to accommodate each group adequately. A room deposit of $600 is required for all groups. That amount will be deducted from your final bill. Dinner packages are recommended for parties over 25. For parties less than 25, you are welcome to select our Jimmy V s Steak House and Tavern menu that consists of the dinner selections we feature, including our daily specials. A menu presentation will be given by your server to ensure that all guests are aware of their dinner selections, how those selections are prepared, and what your dinner includes. We are especially accommodating of dietary substitutions. Please discuss any specialized requests with the Event Coordinator at the time of your menu selection. Due to Jimmy V s commitment to efficiency, separate checks are not available due to timely execution of payment processing. A 7.75% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to all final bills. Bar Features Our room features a full service bar and can be set up to accommodate individual needs such as full service, limited (beer & wine), or cash only. Our bar consists of over 103 different liquors in addition to our house brands listed below. We will do our best to provide any specialty beer or wine we do not currently possess. Guarantee Policy We must be notified of the exact number of attendees at your function no later than 72 hours prior to your function. We also ask that you confirm your menu selections, no later than one week in advance. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the estimated number as your guaranteed number. Charges will be based on this guarantee or actual attendance; whichever is greater. Table arrangements will be based upon the final guest count received. A $600 deposit is required to secure your reservation in our Boardroom. This amount will be deducted from your final bill at the end of the evening. The $600 deposit will be non-refundable should you cancel your reservation, however, we will be glad to apply this deposit to your rescheduled event. Parties are to be billed on single check with 7.75% sales tax and 20% gratuity. For your convenience, we can direct bill a business if arrangements have been set up in advance.
