What: Treats for Troops When: November 2nd & 3rd, 2015 Drop off location: School Office For the second year in a row,12 News is working with USO Arizona to help collect leftover Halloween candy from residents for returning or departing service men and women. On November 2nd and 3rd, students are asked to donate their extra Halloween candy at the school office and it will be delivered to one fo the collection locations to be sent to our troops. Why not send all that extra candy to our men and women fighting for our freedom. If we can give them even a little taste of home, while they are away, lets do it!"
ST. JEROME FOSTER CARE The Foster Care Ministry appreciates all of your donations to the recent Socks and Underwear drive. Right now in Arizona, there are over 15,000 kids in the foster care. Many times children come to their foster families with only the clothes on their back. Your generosity helps alleviate stress from Foster and Kinship parents and get the kids back into normal activities. If you need help or are interested in joining the Foster Care Committee contact Janet Cunningham at 602-803-6343. Fry's Community Rewards Who wants tuition credit just for shopping at the grocery store? We all shop and might as well benefit from it, community rewards are that simple. It takes five minutes to sign up and even less time to collect your credit. You can have as many people as you know turning in their collected rewards as well, the more rewards collected the higher your tuition credit will be. Remember you will receive 50% of your total collected community rewards, and St. Jerome will receive 50% to go towards the school and your student. This is a quick and easy opportunity to earn tuition credit and help contribute in making Saint Jerome's School the best school for our children's education. If you are participating in the Fry's Community Rewards program, the time had come to print your statement and send it to the school office by Friday, November 6th. Please remind all your family and friends to link their Fry's VIP card to St. Jerome and print their statements as well and you can add them to your reward total. To access your rewards, log on to Frysfood.com, and set up your VIP or your phone number with an email account. When your account is established, click the community tab and scroll down to community rewards, select enroll now. Enter organization name St. Jerome Catholic School (80438) and save. You will print a quarterly total from Fry's, which is what you will need to turn in for your credits.
