WYTHE HOTEL was created inside a former cooperage built in 1901 and is located in Brooklyn s vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood, just minutes from Manhattan via taxi, subway or ferry. The inherent character of the building has been preserved, creating a unique backdrop for your event; heavy yellow pine beams, original masonry and arched windows with cast-iron columns and details. Spaces MAIN EVENT HALL 140 for seated dinner, 150 for meetings 200 for cocktails (350 with Outdoor Garden) With 70 guest rooms and six versatile event spaces, the hotel has played host to an array of occasions from weddings, both traditional and non-traditional, to celebratory cocktail receptions, fundraising galas, intimate dinner parties and brunches. OUTDOOR GARDEN 70 for seated dinners, 150 for cocktails (350 for cocktails with Main Event Hall) All of our event menus are created in-house by Reynard, Andrew Tarlow s ground-floor restaurant, Reynard and feature seasonal, locally-sourced American fare accompanied by minimally-processed wines and spirits from thoughtful producers. MAIN EVENT HALL & OUTDOOR GARDEN Our largest and most versatile space, the Main Event Hall is ideal for meetings, conferences, launch events and large group dinners. A space fee applies and varies based on season and day of week. All food and beverage is to be provided by the hotel. Small room blocks can be accommodated with the booking of the space for a wedding or large event. *Please note, The Outdoor Garden does require tenting in the event of inclement weather, which Wythe Hotel can facilitate for you at the clients expense.

Outdoor Garden 1200 Square Feet Adjacent to Main Event Hall, can be rented on Sun. thru Thurs. evenings Up to 70 guests for seated dinner or brunch Up to 150 for cocktail reception Sunday through Thursday our Outdoor Garden is available to be rented separate from the Main Hall and serves as a beautiful location for seated dinner or brunch events for up to 70 and cocktail receptions for up to 150. We offer 2 brunch menus, buffet/family style or prix-fixe and they are based off our weekly Reynard offerings. For cocktail receptions, selections are made from a tiered canapé menu, which changes with the season. Beverage packages range from carefully selected beer and wine option to a full open bar. Space fee and rental of furniture package is required. Private Dining Room Our Private Dining Room, located in the cellar of the hotel, is ideal for intimate dinner parties of up to 50 or cocktail receptions up to 70 guests. This space does require both a set menu and beverage package. There is a $3000 minimum, exclusive of administrative fee and tax. Natural oak tables and black bentwood chairs are provided with this space for dinner service. Cocktail style event require rental furniture, which your event coordinator can facilitate for you. Dining options include; 4 course set menu, $68/guest 3 course family-style menu or 3 course prix-fixe (choice-of), $78/guest *Inclusive of house-made bread and butter Bar packages include; $12.50 per person per hour Beer and wine service $15.00 per person per hour Beer, wine and cocktail service

LOFTS Our 7th and 8th floor lofts, with Manhattan skyline views, can be reserved to host a variety of events, from cocktail Rehearsal dinners to birthday parties and intimate engagement celebrations. All events must begin after 5pm and end by Midnight. There is a 12 person or $1500 minimum food and beverage spend exclusive of room rental, taxes and fees. All food and beverage packages must be purchased through the hotel The Bed can be removed and returned for guest stay for a $250 fee and must be arranged at minimum 7 days prior to event date. Independent entry from Wythe Avenue Foyer with private bar and restrooms Full-HD digital projector 7 0 guests seated for films and presentations RATES Day Rates: $1000 space, food & beverage minimum spend for events ending by 5:00PM. Evening: $1500 space, food & beverage minimum spend for all-day rental or evenings.

CATERING Catering is provided exclusively by our in-house restaurant, Reynard. Reynard focuses on seasonal, New American cuisine and a strong commitment to sustainable sourcing from local purveyors. Animals are received whole and butchered on-site. Vegetarian, gluten-free and other dietary restrictions can be accommodated for all meal periods. Our wine list features thoughtfully-produced, minimally-processed wines matched by a cocktail list focused on classic cocktails highlighting quality spirits. LUNCHES Seated lunches are served in the Outdoor Garden, Main Event Hall and Private Dining Room and are based on the Reynard dining room menus. Lunch menus begin at $55 per person and include two starters, two entrées, and one dessert. The first two courses can be served either family style for the table to share or as a prix-fixe with choices. All desserts are served family style. The prix-fixe option is available for up to 75 guests and family style for up to 140. DINNERS Seated dinners are served in the Outdoor Garden, Main Event Hall and Private Dining Room and are based on the Reynard dining room menus. Dinner pricing starts at $65 per person and includes a four-course chef s choice dinner with one item per course. A three-course menu that includes three starters, three entrées, and two desserts is available for $75 per person. The first two courses can be served either family style for the table to share or as a prix-fixe with choices. All desserts are served family style. The prix-fixe option is available for up to 75 guests and family style for up to 140. COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS Cocktail Receptions are available in all event spaces. Prices start at $25 per person for 3 Hours of food service and include stationary cured meats & cheeses platters, with a selection of (4) canapés. Upgraded canapés items and raw bar platters are also available. BEVERAGE PACKAGES Bar Packages are available in all spaces. Pricing is per person per hour with a minimum of two hours per package. Non-Alcoholic Beverage, Wine & Beer and Full Open Bar packages are available. Upgraded wines and specialty cocktail options can DAYTIME AND MEETING MENUS For corporate meetings, we offer Breakfast service beginning at $25 per guest for pastries, yogurt, granola, fruit, and juices. Lunch begins at $30 per guest for sandwiches and salads, and we can provide afternoon snacks for $15 per guest. Coffee, tea, and flat and sparkling water throughout the day are $10 per guest. The minimum guest count for in-room food service is six guests. SPECIALTY CAKES & DESSERTS Prepared in-house by Reynard s pastry team, specialty cakes are for available for parties six and larger with pricing beginning at $45 per cake. Dessert stations and canapés are available as part a cocktail reception package. Pricing beings at $12 per person for a selection of 2 items for one hour.

EVENT COORDINATION BOOKING A proposal for all costs will be furnished upon request. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event and the remaining payment is due 7 days in advance of your event. STAFFING All employees hired for catering events are paid by hourly rates, rather than a calculated gratuity or tip. Staffing is determined based on the number of guests invited, the space utilized and the complexity of the menu served. HOURLY RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Event Captains: $45 per hour Bartenders & Servers: $35 per hour Attendants: Security: Coatcheck: $25 per hour $35 per hour $20 per hour RENTALS Spaces at Wythe Hotel include variable levels of furnishing ranging from fully furnished to completely unfurnished. Rentals fluctuate depending on your needs and the requirements of the space. Upon request of a proposal, you will receive an estimate of rental charges based on the given parameters of your event. Additional rental charges may be incurred for custom furniture requests. AUDIO VISUAL Event spaces at Wythe Hotel are equipped with a range of audiovisual equipment and inputs. Please inquire with your Sales Manager regarding specific presentation or sound needs. Most items that are not carried in-house are available for rental from outside vendors. All rentals can be arranged through the events team. TAXES & FEES Administrative Fee: All events are subject to a 15% administration fee which is based on the cost of the event including food, beverage and staffing. The administrative fee is not a gratuity and serves to offset ancillary expenses associated with the planning and administration of this event. TA X E S All event charges are subject to 8.875% New York State sales tax. LOFT ROOM EVENTS: For events taking place in loft rooms, New York City Occupancy tax (5.575%), fees ($1.50 per night) and Jacob Javits Fee ($2.00 per night) apply to room charges only. ACCESS Unless otherwise arranged, you will have access to your booked space up to three hours prior to your contracted start time. For events that require night-prior or full-day load-in additional fees and charges for load-in attendant may apply. STORAGE Wythe Hotel will hold up to two 12 x 12 boxes for up to two days prior to event and two days after, and will dispose of anything left beyond two days after event without written notice of a shipping address, shipping method, and payment authorization. There is a $25 handling charge for each package shipped on behalf of Licensee following the event.

HOTEL & NEIGHBORHOOD ROOMS: Wythe Hotel is a boutique, privately owned and operated hotel. The hotel has 70 guest rooms and can accommodate small room blocks. Block availability is based on the size of the event booked. For room rates and blocks, please request an introduction to the Room Sales Department. GETTING HERE: We are 10 minutes from Manhattan by taxi, a 6 minutes walk to East River Ferry, 7 minutes walk to Bedford L subway stop, 9 minutes walk to Nassau G subway stop, 15 minutes walk from Marcy JMZ subway stop, 15 minutes from LaGuardia Airport by taxi, 25 minutes from JFK Airport by taxi. LEAVING HERE: Car service and yellow taxis are consistently available on Wythe Avenue outside of the hotel. Pre-arranged service can be set up with a front desk agent.
