Food and Beverage Options Cocktail Aperitif : We can offer entertainment at the buffet along with the foie gras, Pata Negra ham, etc. A different Champagne can be served: - Moët & Chandon : 12.00 (incl. tax) surcharge per person - Veuve Clicquot : 15.00 (incl. tax) surcharge per person Open Bar : During the evening of dancing, beverage service can be provided, which will be billed on the basis of the price estimate. Corkage Fee: For any bottle of alcohol that you bring to the event, a corkage fee of 11.50 (incl. tax) will be charged for each 75cl bottle that is opened. Tableware Our buffets are light in colour (white or beige). We will also provide pedestal tables with Napoleon III chairs during your cocktail Tables are set with: - white tablecloth - matching napkins - traditional glassware and dishes - 3 LED candles - two menus (to personalise as you like). 6
Children Useful advice: We can make available a room reserved for children. We suggest you hire a baby sitter to ensure that parents can fully enjoy your reception. You can also plan on entertainment for the smallest guests (clowns, Wii console, etc.). On-demand menu at 27 tax excluded. Confirmation of the Number of Guests An estimated number of guest must be communicated to us on the Wednesday of the week before your event. One full business week prior, the exact number of guests must be confirmed to us and this number will be used as the minimum basis for the order and for billing. Hours The Maison de l Amérique Latine as well as its reception and service staff are available until 3:00 in the morning. The evening of your reception, you may decide to stay longer if you wish. Beyond 3:00 in the morning, you will be charged 1,100 (excl. tax) for an additional hour (any hour that has started is due). This amount includes the rental of the site, staff overtime and an open soft drink bar. 7
