Overview of the Project ZCashGOLD (ZCG) is an Ethereum-based ERC-20 token, with the main use as a payment currency for freelancing services on our revolu onary pla orm Zlancer.net We came up with the concept of a marketplace that would provide a two sided pla orm for people to buy and sell a variety of digital services typically offered by freelance contractors. Services offered on the pla orm will include wri ng, transla on, graphic design, video & photo edi ng, programming and more. If you are an employer in the crypto community, Zlancer is one of the best places to post jobs for free and you get no fied any me a freelancer is interested. Unlike other job pla orms that hav e a fixed rate for each job done, our pla orm allows freelancers to state their own price and payment is done through a built-in escrow service, which means the payment is held un l the job is complete. Zlancer's users will use ZCashGOLD as the only crypto currency mean of payment. We decided to build ZCashGOLD (ZCG) on the Ethereum network because it already has a big exis ng infrastructure for tokens and has mul ple decentralized elements such as exchanges, which also make it fairly easy to include tokens. The other reason why we decided to build ZCG on Ethereum is the speed and the minimal cost of transac ons. Great user experience and decentraliza on are our priori es and when building our services, the focus will be on making everything as easy to use as possible. An online wallet for ZCashGOLD (ZCG) is also planned, most likely coming later a er Zlancer.net will be successfully launched. Token distribu on 1. We have done an Airdrop for the members of our community who are early supporters of our project. A total number of 200,000 ZCG were airdropped to 2,000 people, each of them receiving an amount of 100 ZCG Tokens. 2. In the PRE-ICO, the sell offer will be 35% from the ZCG total supply. Bonuses are also included. (check the bonus structure below) 3. In the ICO phase we allocate 45% from the total ZCG supply. Bonuses are also included. (check the bonus structure below) 4. A total of 10% of the ZCG tokens will be allocated to the team members. 5. The last 6% of the ZCG tokens will be offered in PRE ICO and ICO sales bonuses. A total number of 300.000 ZCG tokens will be offered as a bonus for the early contributors as fol lows: Tier 1 - For the first 1.000.000 ZCG tokens sold in the PRE - ICO there will be a 15% bonus. Tier 2 - For the next 750.000 ZCG tokens sold in the PRE- ICO there will be a 10% bonus. Tier 3 - For the first 1.500.000 ZCG tokens sold in the ICO there will be a 5% bonus. Funds raised from ICO More than half of the raised funds will be invested in the freelancing pla orm Zlancer.net which will be our product. The pla orm s development will begin in early January 2018 and it will be launched in March 2018. We already run an adver sing campaign to promote our project and we will con nue this way even a er the ICO is sold out because we want more and more people to get to know about ZCashGOLD. This way the demand for the tokens will grow and so will the price per token. We plan to do this because our contributors are important for us and this way we can help them get even more profits for suppor ng our ICO. Last, but not least, 5% of the raised funds will be shared by the team. This is the way the founders of our team are paid for their work during the en re roadmap. Also, from this percentage we pay our contributors who took part in our ini al development. 5
Roadmap It all started back in August 2017 when our CEO had the idea of launching world s largest cryptocurrency freelancing pla orm and created a business plan according to the needs of the project. One month later the team was assembled and the members started working at organizing the ICO sale so that everything would go smoothly during the Pre-ICO (which starts on October 30th) and the ICO (which starts on 7th of November). Marke ng campaign is already up and running by the beginning of November and team also did an airdrop for 2000 people who were early supporters of our project on October 29 th. Early contributors will be given a juicy bonus and the last chance to take part in the token sale will be on November 20th (if it doesn t sell out early, so hurry up to secure your spot). The token will be listed on exchanges two days a er ICO is over or a er ICO is sold out. EtherDelta, YoBit and CoinExchange will be the first exchanges to list ZCG.
