BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS How to book your celebration event: Contact our Christmas Co-Ordinator on 028 9145 1100 or by email to sales@marinecourthotel.net for availability and prices Make a reservation by phone, email or in person and we can hold a provisional booking for up to 7 days, after which time your booking will be automatically released if your deposit is not received. Confirm your reservation with a non-refundable deposit of 10.00 per person within 7 days of booking. The deposit can be paid by cash or by credit/debit card. Final confirmation and menu choices for your guests are required no later than 4 weeks prior to your party date. This should be accompanied by payment in full for the numbers confirmed, The small print: All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. Please be aware that refunds will be only be issued for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking date and time. Unfortunately, we will not issue any refunds on the day of the booking please make all your party aware of the policy to avoid disappointment. Marine Court Hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative facility or date should circumstances beyond our control arise. Bookings for Party Nights are strictly for diners only. Under no circumstances will additional guests be allowed to join any existing group for post dinner entertainment.
