AWAKEN THE SENSES AT THE OPERA Restaurant and events in the light by the water, with a view over historical Copenhagen The Opera s impressive foyer is the setting for our restaurant and bar. The foyer is also the location for events on days when there are no performances. Bojesen arranges all dinners, award ceremonies and other festivities happening in the building. There are many possibilities, and we take great care to create a special experience. The opera is a unique place for both Danish and international guests.

A RESTAURANT IN THE MIDST OF DEMOCRACY In the tower of Christiansborg one can see Copenhagen from above and dine in the restaurant In 2014, the restaurant opened at the top of Christiansborg castle tower - the tallest tower in Denmark. The unique high ceilinged room was originally an attic, but today Bojesen serves modern interpretations of Danish classics here. There are open-faced sandwiches for lunch, patisseries in the afternoon and contemporary Danish dishes in the evening. The tower is a hidden gem and a wonderful place for friends, business associates and guests from abroad.

PAPPERSBRUKET IN THE QUIET FORESTS OF SKÅNE 11 2 hours from Copenhagen, the former paper mill Pappersbruket stands in the idyllic region of Skåne. Today you can stay, dine and hold meetings, dinners and events in the atmospheric buildings. You can sleep in the old timber frame house, with 26 rooms, and host meetings or parties in the factory. Everything is organic and local, completely personal and very different from your average conference facility.
