Private Events on the Patio at 9th Ave Thanks for considering Nopalito on 9th Ave for your next celebration! We're always happy to discuss your menu and plans in detail, but the following tips & menus from past events may be helpful. There are several options to dine at 9th Ave with a large group: A cocktail or taco bar party with room to mingle & some seating o Elegant passed appetizers, a street-style taco bar, or buffet let us know your favorite dishes and we'll figure out the details o Some items, like tacos, may be prepared to order by a chef o A dedicated bar is recommended for beverage service, with the option of a hosted, self-serve or cash bar o The patio can host up to 50 guests for a standing reception o Some selections may incur additional rental or labor charges o Cocktail-style parties are served with compostable plates & cups A seated dinner, similar to the experience of dining in the restaurant o Select a family-style meal with shared appetizers and entrees o Or, shared appetizers followed by each guest's choice of entrée o The patio can accommodate no more than 40 seated guests The menu will be customized to your event, which means: You may choose what to serve your guests, an opportunity to share favorite dishes with family & friends, meet budget goals, or shape a theme (for example, one wedding celebration had all pink drinks) We'll work with you to accommodate dietary restrictions & special requests For seated dinners, we can remove pricing from the menu and include a special message on the cover for the party's honoree(s) We aim to keep fees simple and reasonable: The space is available for up to three hours with a flat rate rental fee: o $500 for the whole space (up to 40 seated / 50 standing), or o $300 for the garden patio only (up to 24 seated) o Please note: for standing cocktail events, the whole space is required Additional time is $100/hr for the whole space or $75/hr for the garden patio Events at 6pm or later may remain until 11pm with no extra charge A 20% service charge includes a 3% employee health fee plus 17% gratuity Corkage is $10 per bottle. Cakeage (outside desserts) is $2.50 per guest This is a beautiful, open-air space: Please make sure your guests know they ll be dining al fresco on 9 th Ave The patio is heated, but there is no cover in case of rain If your event is rained out, we ll waive the rental fee and offer free deliver (including compostable plates, napkins & utensils) to an alternate location Tenting is available, please inquire (rental rates start at $875)
