By Phone: 01793 539333 By E-mail: info@thefuneralcaterers.co.uk All orders by e-mail must be given with 24hrs notice. Emergencies or orders within 24hrs should be done by telephone. Our phone number is available 24hours 7 days per week. Washing up All equipment is hired on a dirty return basis. Linen prices already include the laundry costs. All we ask is that as much food debris and liquid are removed prior to return of goods. If an item requires specialist cleaning a minimum charge of 30% of hire value will be charged. Hire Duration Up to 48 hours or Friday to Monday 1 x Hire Charge 4-7 days 2 x Hire Charge 8-10 days 3 x Hire Charge 11-14 days 4 x Hire Charge Should you require hire for a longer period please contact us on: 01793 539333. Delivery and collection Delivery and collection will be charged at 40p per mile with a minimum charge of 5.00. Large items or orders requiring a two person delivery will be charged at 80p per mile with a minimum charge of 10.00. There will be no delivery charges should the client collect and return the goods. Delivery to all destinations will be priced to and from our unit. Delivery and collection required outside normal working hours (i.e. 9am - 5.30pm) may incur an extra charge.
