On the following pages you will find our menu suggestions for group events. We are proud to use top quality Swiss ingredients and fresh local produce for all of our meals. As our kitchen is rather small, we prefer to arrange a set menu for any group of nine or more people. Of course we will always offer vegetarian or vegan options and you are more than welcome to mix and match between starters, mains and desserts. Your specific composition of the set menu will determine the final price. Please let us know your food and wine selections as well as the size of your party at least one week in advance. YOUR EXCLUSIVE EVENT Are you planning a special event or a romantic dinner, where you would like to have the venue entirely to yourself? Or have you got an upcoming birthday party with such a large number of participants, that your own garage will be too small? WE ARE HERE TO HELP! Indeed it is possible to exclusively rent the facilities of STERN Luzern for your own purposes and for sole private occupancy. We are very flexible and happy to customize any arrangement according to your needs. Including the outdoor terrace, our restaurant has a capacity for up to 120 people. Additionally, our traditional inn features 15 charming guest rooms, should you also wish to spend the night.
Minimum turnover In order to give you exclusive, private use of STERN Luzern, we must ensure that we will achieve a minimum turnover through your event. Please use the following guidelines as a benchmark. FLOWERS, DECORATION AND EVENT EQUIPMENT Upon request, we are happy to organize flowers or any kind of other decoration for your unique event. We can also customize and print menu cards. Should you be hosting a lively party, we can provide a DJ table or an ipod. We can even provide you with a local disk jockey that meets your music taste and general event requirements. The costs for these additional services will be quoted and invoiced separately. OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION Why not spend the night in our historic house? Save yourself any possible stress from having to travel late at night and choose instead one of our stylishly decorated rooms for a comfortable and convenient stay. We have a total of 15 rooms available and for any restaurant reservation for 10 or more people we will apply a 10% discount on our room rates.
