The Two Birds Brewery & Tasting Room is all about having a bit of fun in a relaxed and comfortable, industrial setting. Nestled next to the brewhouse that produces our award winning craft beer, The Nest function space can host groups of up to 90 people privately, or smaller groups in a shared setting. In keeping with the casual theme, we specialise in canapé style functions, where we work with you to tailor a menu that will suit your tastes and the occasion that you re celebrating. Whether it s your next social or corporate event, have a chat to our staff about how we can help make your next function one to remember.

TO EAT OUR PHILOSOPHY FOR BEER & FOOD ARE THE SAME - IT S ALL ABOUT FLAVOUR & BALANCE. For this reason, we don t limit ourselves to any one specific cuisine type. Rather, we simply follow the mantra good food to compliment good beer. With this in mind, we present the following canapé offering, which is available for group bookings of 20 people or more. Brewery tours are followed by a tasting session of our 4 Core Beers (Golden, Sunset, Pale & Taco). The Brewery Tour and Tasting takes approximately 1 hour. Brewery tours are run in groups of 20 or less. Larger groups can be accommodated over multiple tour sessions.

TO DRINK Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are charged by consumption, and can be allocated to a bar Tab, with the account to be settled at the end of the Function. GOLDEN $5.50 / $7.50 SUNSET $5.50 / $7.50 Brewed using ale, wheat and Vienna malts to provide the rich, golden colourand a light honey character. Motueka hops (NZ) contribute melon and citrus aromas and flavours while Summer hops (Aus) deliver spice and apricot notes. Brewed using a distinct combination of malts including pale, wheat and Crystal malts to provide the round, rich, toffee notes. The addition of Citra(US) and Cascade (Aus) hops adds a twist of grapefruit and tropical notes to balance the biscuity malt base. SPECIALTIES TASTING PADDLES $15 4.4% ABV, 20 IBU CHECK BOARD FOR PRICES, ABV & IBU We often rotate our taps with different specialty beers that have been hatched in our brewery. Please ask our bar staff for details on the specialty beers we are currently pouring. 4.6% ABV, 28 IBU Any four (4) beers of choice in 175ml glasses and placed in a paddle

TACO $6 / $9 PALE $5.50 / $7.50 Brewed using ale and wheat malts, with an addition of flaked corn. Citra (US) and Amarillo (US) hops contribute citrus and fruity characters, which complement the additions of coriander leaf and fresh lime peel. The beer pours a hazy shade of pale and we use a clean, ale yeast to allow the fresh favours to shine. This hazy and super pale Pale Ale was brewed with Flaked and Golden Naked Oats to give a smooth, silky mouthfeel. Amarillo (US), Cascade (Aus) and Mosaic (US) hops lend pine, pineapple and passionfruit notes. 4.7% ABV, 28 IBU 5% ABV, 28 IBU OTHER DRINKS Alcoholic Non-Alcoholic We have a total of 12 taps on offer and will often have guest beers and ciders on taps from local breweries Capi Soft Drinks: Lemon, Lemonade, Soda & Tonic Water, Grapefruit, Ginger Beer & Ginger Ale Our bar stocks a range of Wines - red, white & sparkling - to drink by the glass or bottle Our Spirit range specialises in Australian Craft spirits We also offer a range of Cocktails to enjoy! TERMS AND CONDITIONS WE WANT TO BE SURE THAT YOUR FUNCTION IS EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAD HOPED FOR IT TO BE. SO, THIS IS HOW WE ROLL... BOOKINGS Our canapé menu is available for groups of 20 or more people; The entire function area can be booked for private functions with 60 or more people; Functions outside regular trading hours and area may require a minimum spend, which is dependant on the day and time of the function. Our staff will be happy to discuss this with you on request; Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the booking deposit. Bookings taken without a deposit will only be held for 5 days; The booking deposit is refundable on cancellation up to 21 days before the function. Booking deposits for later cancellations will be forfeited. Our Liquor License finishes at 11pm, at which time the bar must close. CATERING Menu options and dietary requirements for catering are to be finalised 2 weeks prior to the function; Numbers for catering purposes are to be finalised 1 week prior to the function; Cakes are welcomed, but will attract a $2/head cakeage. All other external food and beverages are not permitted unless previously agreed to by the venue (excluding baby food). AMENITY You are welcome to install decorations, which must be removed at the end of the function; We are happy to discuss your music needs for your function. We have facility to plug and play your device or stream a Spotify Playlist. PAYMENTS Final payments for food and drinks are to be settled at the end of the function; All costs are inclusive of GST. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE All Two Birds staff are bound by the conditions of our Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines, in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons. As such, intoxicated guests will not be served.
