For nearly two centuries and seven generations, the family has patiently kept its secrets, enriched by tradition and savoir-faire. The cellar master and members of the family will exercise their skill to produce a delicate, subtle mixture to obtain the perfect blend which, several years later, will give birth to the unique Champagne Henriot cuvees, famed for their elegance, refinement and exquisite lightness. Henriot Brut Souverain NV, France 100 The nose is pleasant, made very elegant by the large amount of Chardonnay. Well balanced and harmonious on the palate. Magnum 190 Henriot Brut Rose NV, France 110 Well structured with lovely concentrated aromas of ripe red fruit. Fresh, elegant and delicious with generously long and delicate finish. Magnum 280 Henriot Blancs de Blancs NV, France 170 Pale golden hue with light green highlights; this pure Chardonnay has an intense nose. It is complex and floral with touch of white fruit. Lively and fruity, with a persistent citrus finish. Henriot Vintage Brut 2005, France 240 Fine vintage Champagne with great finesse and distinction on the nose. A remarkable mixture of fresh, elegant floral notes and ripe aromas of great warmth. The nose is stunning, expressing the delightful notes of Colombard. Lots of character, offering astonishing perfumes. Puna Snipe Family Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, Bio Bio Valley, Chile 2014 33 A fresh, citric style of Sauvignon offering notes of grapefruit and elderflower on a zesty uplifting palate. La Bascula, Malabrista, Verdejo, Rueda, Spain 2014 34 100% Verdejo. A traditional grape variety; cool fermented to preserve the attractive exotic character that gives great freshness and balance. Eco Organic Chardonnay, Casablanca Valley, Chile 2013 36 Light, clear, green to yellow with refreshing citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime. Notes of chestnut unfold on the palate. Juicy and refreshing with great volume and intensity, balanced acidity and an enjoyable finish. Gabriella, Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy 2013 37 Medium-bodied and fresh, this Friuli offers ripe peach and pear flavours all complimented by hints of white flowers and almonds. Leopards Leap, Chenin Blanc, Western Cape, South Africa 2014 39 The grape of South Africa. This Chenin offers notes of tropical lime (guava), kiwi, rhubarb and elderflower. Domaine Des Lauriers, Picpoul de Pinet Classique ACO, France 2014 41 A young and pleasant nose, a symphony of aromas blending tropical fruit and peach. Harmonious and delicately shaded palate with an exuberant hint of tropical fruit. Villa Huesgen By the Glass Riesling, Mosel, Germany 2014 43 A dry Riesling with a clean nose. Notes of lemon, white grapefruit, apple and pear are combined with fresh herbs and a touch of white flowers. Gentle minerality, well integrated acidity. Amazing length in the finish. Hunky Dory, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough New Zealand 2014 48 This biodynamic and vegan Marlborough Sauvignon offers complex aromas of gooseberry, kiwi, lime with white flowers and those trademark hints of asparagus and freshly cut grass.

Sergio Zenato Selection, Lugana D.O.C. Italy 2014 90 Award winning Trebbiano di Lugana with great balance. Exotic fruit and citrus notes combined with elegant floral hints, creamy structure and fresh minerality. Zenato, Amarone Della Valpolicella, D.O.C. Classico Italy 2013 130 80% Corvina, 10% Rondinella, 10% Oseleta and Croatina, aged in oak barrels for 36 months, shows warm and spicy aromas with hints of black cherry and dried fruit, in particular prunes. Rich multi layered palate with strong yet smooth and supple tannins. Rosé Wine Caves de l Angevine Rose d Anjou, Loire, France 2013 37 Made from pure Cabernet Franc. The wine offers notes of fresh summer fruit with white pepper and white flower. Red Wine Ca di Ponti Nero d Avola, Sicily, Italy 2014 32 This juicy, approachable Nero d Avola has a ripe black cherry and plum fruit palate offset by tangy acidity and a hint of smokiness reminiscent of Syrah. Puna Snipe Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Carmenère, Central Valley, Chile 33 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Carmenère. Dark and seductive structure from the Cabernet adds to Chile's exotic Carmenère. Intense red and black fruits in harmony exuding delicious notes with a lingering finish.

Côtes du Roussillon, Domaine de Bisconte, Languedoc, France 2012 38 Made from the indigenous grape varieties of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache. The wine displays that big warm southern character with subtle oak ageing and an underlay of sweet spice. Full of blackcurrant and damson flavors with a light herbal mint and toasty oak spice. Renacer Punto Final Malbec Classico, Lujan de Cuyo, Argentina 2014 44 Loaded with dark fruits, chocolate and firm tannins set on a powerful full bodied framework. Saint Cosme, Cotes du Rhone Rouge, Rhone Valley, France 2014 47 This is an elegant and stunning expression of quality. Round and deep in colour with a pleasurable palate of strawberry compote, liquorice and lilac. The Edge, Pinot Noir, Martinborough, New Zealand 2016 58 100% Martinborough Pinot Noir, brilliant ripe cherry and plum flavours, long lingering finish. Wirra Wirra, Church Block, Cabernet/ Shiraz McLaren Vale, Australia 2010 65 Lots of rich, ripe fruit with seamless oak integration and ripe, fine-grained tannins. The wine has perfect length and balance that has that extra flavour dimension that we look for. Gigondas, Domaine Saint Gayan, Rhône, France 2012 72 Balanced and approachable. It has aromas of simmered red berries with liquorice and toffee. Flavour resembles red stone fruits, with darker smudges from its tannins. Patache d'aux, Cru Bourgeois, Médoc, France 2011 82 Rich and smooth, this excellent Bordeaux offers notes of black cherry & blackberry with dry spice, dried herbs and notes of cedar and sandalwood.
