Public Holidays incur a 10% surcharge on the final account. One account is provided for all food, beverage and extras (no split bills). Payment must be made in full on the day of the event (No cheques) Credit Card details must be provided to secure a function booking. No deposit is required for group bookings and cancellation can be made up until 7 days prior to the event with no penalties. Confirmed numbers must be provided 48 hours before and the account will be billed on confirmed numbers or attendees (whichever is greater) The Long Table is happy to be flexible by 2 people on the day but any less than 2 people not attending will be billed in full to the account.
