Functions at The Dupth Tavern The Dupth Tavern caters f an array of different functions and events of varying size, style and requirements. Our functions manager will wk with you to create the perfect event and ensure that your expectations are exceeded. We can cater f anything and everything from a one person party to reservation of the entire tavern! Whatever your needs, we ll try our best to accommodate you! We have successfully executed hundreds of functions including birthday celebrations, cpate functions, staff parties, executive meetings, engagements, hens nights and me! The Function Room The Function Room is a private function room located on the upstairs level of the The Dupth Tavern. The room boasts its own private balcony and the ability to easily adapt to any style function, whether it is a casual cocktail style party, fmal sit down dinner business meeting. The Function Room has a private bar, including four beers on tap and a delicious array of bottled beer, wine and spirits. Cocktails can be served upon request. Spts Bar The Spts Bar Room is an exclusive area on the main ground level of The Dupth Tavern. The area can cater f anywhere between 1 and 250 people, and we are able to cdon off an area sized accdingly. This function space has easy access to our outdo area, the main bar and bathrooms. The room particularly suits larger parties, where the space is transfmed f your exclusive use, with a private bar. Frequently Asked Questions Parking The Dupth Tavern has on-site parking available f the convenience of your guests. Deposit The only cost involved to book a function room is a minimum spend of $200 on food. This is paid as a deposit pri to the event to secure the room and then deducted from cost of the canapés/meals dered. Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking of the room until the $200 deposit has been paid. Entertainment We are able to provide an IPOD dock, speaker, PA system with microphone f your use (please check availability upon booking). If you would like to provide a DJ up to two piece band f your function, this can be negotiated upon request. Please note that you must have pri approval by our functions manager and that the musician sound levels must be accding to our license (see below). Sound Levels Please note that all music played, live otherwise, must comply with our licensing sound levels. The upstairs balcony do must be closed and locked from 10pm f this reason also. If you would like me infmation on our sound level requirements, please do not hesitate to ask. Damage We understand that all guests will take the best care possible of the property and function rooms, however if damage is caused during an event function, please note that the ganiser/s will be held liable. Canape/Meal Orders Please be aware that The Dupth Tavern requires a minimum of four wking days notice f the finalisation of any food requirements. Payment f food requirements will be based on the ders given to us at this time despite changes reductions in ders. 18 th & 21 st Birthday Celebrations If your event is to celebrate an 18 th 21 st birthday party at The Dupth, please be advised of a $200 payment f the hiring of a security guard. This is to ensure the safety of both your guests and our property. Decations You are me than welcome to decate your function area as little as much as you like. We will provide access to the area/function room as soon as we can. This will be dependent on other events and their finishing times. Please check with us a day pri to your event to confirm access time. Alternatively we are happy to decate f you. Cost is $50 per hour plus cost price of decations.
