Brownsburg High School Winter Guard Contest February 17, 2018 IMPORTANT - SHARE WITH YOUR PARENTS, FANS, DRIVERS: OUR MAPQUEST / GPS ADDRESS IS 1000 S. Odell, Brownsburg, IN 46112 No food or drink may be brought into the building. No coolers will be allowed. GUARD CHECK IN Use the South doors, Door 3. Make sure the director of your unit is present to identify the free admissions and check in. Extra student prop tickets are $3. Extra Adult prop tickets are $7. BUS PARKING a. Southwest lot of the high school/ off of Sycamore Street Once your performance is completed you must vacate the home room area in the cafeteria. No exceptions!!!!! Director Parking Eagle elementary parking lot or spectator parking lot, enter @ door 14. See map. *Directors must have their IHSCGA Badge in order to enter @ door 14. GENERAL SPECTATOR ADMISSION Tickets may be purchased just inside Door 14, Wristbands will be used. No admission to the gym without a wristband. Wristbands will also be on sale at guard check in. HOMEROOMS Homeroom areas will be in the cafeteria. Please do not leave valuables in the homerooms area. Dressing Rooms are located in the following area: At check-in, restroom located by cafeteria and classroom located by cafeteria. *Once your group is finished performing they must vacate the cafeteria area!!!

GYM, TIMELINE, WARM-UP, ETC. Please see appropriate map. If you have any questions or need assistance please do not hesitate to ask any of our workers. Warm-up will be located in the Auxiliary gym. There will be a dividing line for each group. Please stay within the area so groups can move in and out. HOSPITALITY ROOM Located in the senior academy cafe. This area is for Directors, Instructors and Drivers only!! PROPS Prop unloading: South of the School at door # 3 when you check-in. Prop loading: once your group has performed your driver will need to meet you at door #15 for loading. Once loaded the truck will return to the SW lot. BROWNSBURG GUARD SHOW BUS AND TRUCK DRIVER INFORMATION Bus Drivers.. Unload at DOOR #3. See provided maps. PARK IN THE SW LOT TO THE SCHOOL ONCE YOU ARE UNLOADED. Students will load busses with uniforms, equipment once their performance time is completed. Driver Hospitality room is in the Senior Academy Cafe Prop Trucks and Drivers Prop unloading: South of the School at door # 3 when you check-in. Prop loading: once your group has performed your driver will need to meet you at door #15 for loading. Once loaded the truck will return to the SW lot. General Info for all drivers Everyone (even prop folks) must have an IHSCGA director lanyard or paid wristband for admission to the gym. The Director / Staff Hospitality room in the band room is for guard directors and TEACHING staff and drivers only with IHSCGA lanyards. All others will be asked to leave. These are IHSCGA Policies.
