2 3 An expanding company The EuroCave Professional brand specialises in products that store, serve and display wine in hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. A range designed for professionals The professionals market is a specific market, very different from the general public market. Professionals think in terms of investment: they buy equipment in order to generate turnover. The EuroCave Professional range allows them to take up three challenges: 1) Optimal preservation of wine linked to upgrading the wine list, today s customers consuming less wine but wine of better quality; 2) Wine by the glass service, the success of which requires high performance solutions to store increasing numbers of bottles; 3) Effective wine display, which enhances the decor and ambiance of an establishment and therefore its attractiveness. They have also been booming in two buzzing young markets, those of cruise ships and the Middle East. In the latter region, the rapid development of the luxury hotel trade connected to Dubai Expo 2020 and the organization of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar suggests that there will be sustained growth in the years to come. 4 5 Trends, objectives & strategy The EuroCave Group s values Aged 40, Olivier Dupraz is the new manager of the EuroCave Professional markets. Up until 2015, this graduate of Dijon School of Commerce was the manager of the Europe, Middle East and Africa zones. Market trends It s more of a confirmation than something new but the wine by the glass market is booming almost everywhere. It is particularly dynamic in Europe and North America but Asia is developing very quickly and catching up. Another phenomenon is that establishments now want to display wine storage and service. We have also noticed that our best-selling models are those which facilitate effective wine display through back lighting or use of glass. Incidentally, we are increasingly intervening at the fittingout stage of an establishment to allow our equipment to ideally complement the decor. The objectives of EuroCave Professional We want to double our turnover in two years time by increasing our export sales, in particular in Asia, the Middle East and the United States. In these three areas, we have strong potential for expansion owing to the dynamism of the luxury hotel market. Over time, we are likely to focus on international development because we are already well established in France and Europe. An office will soon be opening in the United States. The strategy for the next few years The EuroCave Group originated in the wine sector. To this end, we have strong relationships with sommeliers which we would like to consolidate further since these are important opinion leaders. Still in connection with sommeliers, we would like to approach designers and interior designers to facilitate integration of our products upstream of the construction or renovation phase of an establishment. We also intend to rely more on distributors specialized in professional clients, which are more experienced in this area than non-specialised distributors, and launch a cross-channel strategy to more effectively reach our end customers. And of course, we are always working on new products because innovation is a core value of the EuroCave Group. In 2016, Wine Bar 2.0 offers a two bottle version of Wine Bar 8.0 and 2017 will see the launch of a new solution for serving wine by the glass. Innovation The EuroCave group has an engineering and design department made up of seven engineers and technicians dedicated to research and development. It also collaborates with four French university laboratories as part of research programmes concerning the physical chemistry of wine and energy efficiency. The result: products ever more high performance, easy to use and attractive. Environment The EuroCave group has expertise which allows it to design A+ rated wine cabinets, a performance made possible notably thanks to the use of slow-cycle compressors and optimization of the cabinet bodies. Durability Our wine cabinets control the temperature and humidity levels as well as prevent vibration and U.V. light. We therefore select the most high performance and reliable components. Service EuroCave Professional guarantees professionals three types of services. 1) Customer service included: the customer must have an ergonomic product. If there is a problem, he must be able to rely on an effective, operational maintenance service, with technicians who have good product knowledge, hence constant interaction with the customer service and engineering and design department. 2) A network of 80 distributors in France and throughout the world. 3) Service contracts included for wine by the glass service products and guarantees lasting up to five years in France.

6 7 The Origine France Garantie Label Wine&style, The EuroCave Group s magazine Since 2012, the EuroCave Group s wine cabinets and cellar conditioners have been certified Origine France Garantie. This label, held by just 300 companies, recognises the commitments made by the group in order to keep its production facilities in France. What is the Origine France Garantie label? Created in 2011, this label demonstrates, in a clear and transparent way, French origin, guaranteeing quality and expertise. In this way, it allows companies to highlight in their markets the fact that their production facilities have remained in France. In 2016, the EuroCave Group presents Wine&Style, a 48 page luxury magazine dedicated to the world of wine. Distributed via its distribution network, this first issue, the cover of which was created by designer Vahram Muratyan, is a global odyssey, taking the reader from Bordeaux to Melbourne via Paris, London and California. In this way, it is the only one to have Origine France Garantie certification. Two factories in France The EuroCave group owns two production sites in France. Between Valenciennes and Charleville- Mézières, the historic site of Fourmies (Nord) manufactures wine cabinets for private individuals. Near to Lyon, the factory of Pont-de-Chéruy (Isère) designs equipment for professionals. Labelled products in the EuroCave Professional range The Origine France Garantie label certifies the place of manufacture of a product, one same company being able to design a product in France (which will be labelled) and another abroad (which will not be). 8 9 Wine bar 2.0: The new winebar Wine bar 8.0: The ideal winebar Dedicated to small establishments, the little brother of Wine Bar 8.0 feels at home in all spaces. By adding new modules, professionals will be able to increase its capacity to 4, 6 or even more bottles. Designed for hotels and restaurants, this winebar, with clean lines, automatically vacuum seals the wine and brings it to the correct serving temperature. This bold product breaks away from the expected appearance and image of traditional cabinets. It is available in two versions: one or two door.
