Luke and his team aim to create unexpected and memorable food and beverage experiences for our guests and have devised a special menu featuring dishes with clean, fresh flavours and a contemporary Australian feel, prepared on board for your dining pleasure. To complement your dining experience, our wine panel has also chosen a consummate selection of wines from Australia and around the world. These wines are certain to add to your enjoyment either with your meal or at any time throughout your flight. Before landing breakfast will be served. Just fill in your wake-up card and hand it to cabin crew before you turn in for the night. Express dining Rather than enjoying a leisurely meal, you might prefer to settle in and enjoy our state-of-the-art in-flight entertainment, finish off some work or catch up on sleep. If so, you re sure to find something quick, light and satisfying in our express dining menu. Pantry A selection of gourmet snacks is available from the pantry at any time during your flight. We can serve you in your suite or you can help yourself at the bar. bar dining Once the meal service is over, the bar is open and ready to welcome you. Grant Burge 5th Generation Pinot Gris 2016 Barossa Valley, Australia Pale straw in colour with rich aromas of fresh poached pears, blood orange marmalade, peach nectar and honeycomb with intense floral scents. The palate is richly textured; soft and rounded yet vibrant and clean, with zesty natural acidity, balanced with fresh fruit flavours and a creamy complexity with spicy and nutty nuances. Soft finish with lingering flavours of spice and fresh peaches and pears. Petaluma 100 Line Chardonnay 2016 Coonawarra, Australia Made and blended exclusively for Virgin Airlines, the Petaluma 100 Line Chardonnay displays aromas of orange blossom, pear and delicate oak lead onto a smooth and flowing palate, with flavours of peach and grapefruit with a soft round finish. 3

Blackcurrant and mulberry fruit burst onto the palate, showing a bright and lush vibrancy. The lively fruit flavours are complemented by the refined and elegant tannins which gives a balanced, savoury finish. Leasingham Bin 56 Cabernet Malbec 2015 Clare Valley, Australia Dark purple with brilliant crimson hues. Bouquet of red and blackcurrant, musk, violets, bay leaf and mint. A seamless and complex wine with red and black fruits supported by hints of mocha, mint and subtle cedar spice. Fine tannins and a soft acid balance lead to a long and satisfying finish. dessert and fortified wines Petaluma Cane Cut Riesling 2012 Adelaide Hills, Australia This wine is luscious, but crisp, with lovely lemon-lime intensity and a hint of sherbet. Long and sweet, it is the perfect late morning tipple or equally at home with dessert. This style is best enjoyed young and fresh, but will also develop some lovely toast and honey over time. Grant Burge Aged Tawny NV Barossa Valley, Australia The wine is a lovely golden tawny colour with definite red tinges. The spicy fruit flavours are a legacy of the high proportion of Grenache, with some Mataro and Shiraz, which adds a lifted freshness to the more complex aged characters in the background. The palate is smooth and rich, with the mid-palate sweetness balanced by an elegant drying finish. 4
