Table 1 Jean Becker, Alsace, France Anne Birkel The Becker family s winemaking legacy dates back to 1610 in Zellenberg, with the estate now in the hands of the 13th generation. The wines produced are of the highest standard, with vineyard holdings across five Grand Cru areas. Since 1999 production has been certified organic, reinforcing their attention to detail and respect for their unique terroir. 1/1 Sylvaner Tradition 2015 14.95 1/2 Le Riesling 2015 15.95 1/3 Pinot Gris 2016 18.95 1/4 Gewurztraminer 2015 19.50 1/6 Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Schoenenberg 2012 29.95 1/8 Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives Rimelsberg 2011 39.95 1/10 Rouge d Alsace F de Zellenberg 2011 26.95 4 * Prices per 75cl unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT, inclusive of duty, correct at time of printing, subject to availability.

Table 2 Tenuta Montauto, Maremma, Toscana, Italy Riccardo Lepri The Maremma is often refer to as the Wild West, both in terms of its landscapes and its winemaking. While in Northern Tuscany, the Etruscans were making wine thousands of years before, the Maremma used to be a wild, swampy backwater, and viticulture was only introduced to the region in the 19th century. Riccardo Lepri s family has produced artisan wines for nearly sixty years at the Montauto estate, nestled 200 metres above sea level on a clay rich soil. The vineyards benefit from a cooling sea breeze and large diurnal temperature. This unique microclimate coupled with Riccardo s practices of minimum intervention, hand harvesting and use of natural fertilizers help produce wines that are clean, fresh and mineral, showcasing his unique terroir with balance and elegance. 2/1 Maremma Bianco Vermentino Malvasia 2016 13.95 2/2 Gessaia Sauvignon Blanc 2016 17.95 2/3 Enos 1 Sauvignon Blanc 2016 24.95 2/4 Maremma Rosso Ciliegiolo Sangiovese 2015 13.95 2/5 Pinot Nero 2015 22.95 annual spring tasting www.davywine.co.uk 5

Table 3 Unmaivino, Sardinia, Italy Gioacchino Sini & Francesco Gabriele Sardinia deserves to be known more widely as a wine region, with a host of native grape varieties and sub-regions. Unmaivino is a family run property founded in 1949 and based in the Berchidda area. The Vermentino di Gallura is a classic route to understanding Sardinian wines; the Colli del Limbara is from vineyards around Mount Limbara, one of the highest peaks on the island. 3/1 Terre e Mare Vermentino di Gallura 2016 16.95 3/2 Biancosmeraldo Vermentino di Gallura 2015 20.50 3/3 Terre e Mare Rosso dei Colli del Limbara 2014 16.95 3/4 Rossosmeraldo Rosso dei Colli del Limbara 2014 20.50 3/5 Oltremare Rosso dei Colli del Limbara 2012 38.95 6 * Prices per 75cl unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT, inclusive of duty, correct at time of printing, subject to availability.

Table 4 Azienda Agricola Pelassa, Piedmont, Italy Daniele Pelassa Located in Montà d Alba, in the chalky Roero hills of Piedmont, the Pelassa family owns 12 hectares of vineyards focusing on the grapes best suited for the land: Nebbiolo, Barbera and Arneis. The present winery was created in 1960 by Mario Pelassa, who has been in the wine business for over 50 years. Today, his sons, Davide and Daniele, continue with the family tradition, expanding their winery into new markets. Pelassa adheres mainly to traditional methods of vinification, but has integrated modern techniques through the introduction of state-of-the-art equipment. 4/1 Mario s White 2016 11.95 4/2 Roero Arneis San Vito 2016 15.95 4/3 Mario s Red 2015 11.95 4/4 Barbera d'alba Superiore 2015 16.95 4/5 Langhe Enrichetta 2015 14.95 4/6 Nebbiolo d Alba 2014 19.95 4/7 Barolo 2013 34.95 annual spring tasting www.davywine.co.uk 7

Table 5 S A Prüm, Mosel, Germany David Wright The Prüm name has been synonymous with quality wine production in the Mosel for generations, where the family has been cultivating vineyards and producing wine in the region since 1156. In summary, S A Prüm was the original, dominant Prüm name until 1911 when branches of the family went their own ways (i.e. J J Prüm). The grandson of the vineyard s namesake, Sebastian Alois Prüm (1794-1871), also Sebastian Alois, established the winery in 1911. His son and now grandson, the present day Raimund, who inherited the vineyards in 1971, continue the traditions with his daughter Saskia. Since 1971 the winery was modernised and the vineyards further developed, consistently producing wines with an international following. The 13 hectares of vineyards are exclusively planted with Riesling on the steep slopes of the middle Mosel. 5/1 Solitar Riesling Trocken 2016 13.95 5/2 Bernkasteler Lay Riesling Kabinett 2010 24.95 5/3 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese 2011 31.95 5/5 Graacher Dompropst Auslese 2006 37.5cl poa 8 * Prices per 75cl unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT, inclusive of duty, correct at time of printing, subject to availability.

Table 6 Domaine Sève, Burgundy, France Jean Pierre & Sylvie Sève This seven hectare property lies on the steep slopes overlooking Solutré, one of the finest of all the Mâcon villages and the very core of the appellation. Sylvie and Jean-Pierre Sève, the current (and 3rd) generation, apply rigorous standards in the vineyard and the cellar, following similar ideologies and production methods as seen at the top estates in the Cote de Beaune. 6/1 Mâcon Solutre 2016 15.95 6/2 Pouilly-Fuissé Aux Chailloux 2015 Also available in magnums and halves 23.95 6/3 Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes 2013 limited availability 27.95 6/4 Pouilly-Fuissé Anthilde 2015 Also available in magnums 29.95 annual spring tasting www.davywine.co.uk 9

Table 7 Little Beauty, Marlborough, New Zealand Fleur McCree This great little privately owned estate lies in Marlborough s Southern Valleys where the wines differ slightly from the mainstream. This delectable property is spread over five plots, each with its own soil profile and micro climate, which allows winemaker Eveline Fraser (former head winemaker at Cloudy Bay) the chance to make unusually complex, multi dimensional wines. The winemaking is modern, but there is more than a nod towards tradition; in Little Beauty the best of new and the best of the old unite together seamlessly. 7/1 Limited Edition Dry Riesling 2011 17.95 7/2 Limited Edition Sauvignon Blanc 2016 15.95 7/3 Black Edition Sauvignon Blanc 2014 27.95 7/4 Limited Edition Pinot Gris 2014 17.95 7/5 Black Edition Pinot Gris 2010 36.95 7/6 Limited Edition Gewurztraminer 2012 17.95 7/7 Limited Edition Pinot Noir 2016 21.95 7/8 Black Edition Pinot Noir 2014 40.95 10 * Prices per 75cl unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT, inclusive of duty, correct at time of printing, subject to availability.

Their vineyards are found throughout the principal wine producing areas of Maipo, Casablanca, Colchagua, Leyda and Huasco Valleys. Table 13 Bordeaux, France Davy s The sixth generation family-owned Maison Sichel has developed its business from an acquisitions office and wine trading company to the one of the most highly esteemed winemakers and négociants in Bordeaux. It owns Château Angludet, one of the oldest in Médoc, and co-owns the distinguished Grand Cru Château Palmer. Maison Sichel has extended its influence further by adding to their portfolio of wineries both internationally and across other French growing regions. 13/1 Château Argadens Blanc, Bordeaux Superieur 2016, Entre-Deux-Mers 12.50 13/4 Château Argadens Rouge, Bordeaux Superieur 2014, Entre-Deux-Mers 12.50 13/5 Château Fleur Pedesclaux 2012, Pauillac 29.95 13/6 Château de Pedesclaux 5ème Cru Classé 2013, Pauillac 38.95 This prestigious estate dates back to 1852, where the terroir s potential of limestone, clay and sandy soils were first recognised, along with the underground water source feeding the fountain of Fonplégade and nourishing the soils in drier years. The 18.5 hectares vineyard is situated on the sloping hillsides of Saint-Émilion with 27 individual vineyard blocks and an average vine age of over a quarter of a century. Viticulture focuses on a meticulous hands-on approach with low yields as well as organic practices, being certified organic since 2013. The Château has modernised its winemaking facilities to be one of the most state-of-the-art wineries on the Right Bank with the aim to allow the distinctiveness of the vineyards to be truly shown in the wines. 13/7 Château Fonplégade Grand Cru 2012, St Émilion 45.95 annual spring tasting www.davywine.co.uk 17

Table 15 Château Guiraud, Sauternes, Bordeaux, France Sophie Balanger The black and gold label of Château Guiraud is one of the oldest in the Bordeaux region and has remained unchanged since its creation, asserting their independent spirit from the start. This pioneering essence led the Château to create its own conservatory of grape varieties as well as becoming the first Grand Cru Classé from 1855 to be awarded an organic certification in 2011. To ensure their signature style, Sauvignon Blanc grapes are selected from the oldest strains in the conservatory, representing 35% of the total vines planted as well as being vinified separately. At the bottom of the vineyards slopes, there are natural springs which enable drainage and the prevention of stagnated humidity, allowing the grapes to be affected by Botrytis seamlessly to then be hand-picked one by one. 15/1 G de Guiraud 2016 17.95 sweet 15/2 Petit Guiraud 2013 halves 15.50 15/3 Château Guiraud 1er Cru Classé 2009 59.00 annual spring tasting www.davywine.co.uk 19

Table 17 Domaine Font de Michelle, Rhône Valley, France Guillaume Gonnet Font de Michelle owes its current form to Etienne Gonnet, who worked closely with his brother-in-law Henri Brunier of Vieux Télégraphe the neighbouring estate in Bédarrides. It is now owned by his sons Michel and Jean, and largely run by their sons Guillaume and Bertrand respectively, with the help of Guillaume s Australian wife, Kelly. Their house style is all about purity and expression of fruit. The wine is matu in large old barrels called foudres and smallersize oak fûts, or casks that are used for only two to five wine maturations. 17/1 Côtes du Rhône les Promesses Blanc 2016 12.95 17/2 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2016 30.95 17/3 Côtes du Rhône les Promesses Rouge 2016 12.95 17/4 Ventoux le Jeanette 2014 11.95 17/5 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Tradition 2015 33.95 17/6 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Etienne Gonnet 2015 53.95 17/7 Gigondas l Olivia 2014 23.95 annual spring tasting www.davywine.co.uk 21

Table 18 Domaine des Carabiniers, Rhône Valley, France Manon Messainguiral-Thétard The domaine has been within the Leperchois family for many generations with the current generation practicing organic viticulture since 1997. In 1920, the family developed the old stable walls into a cellar in which the horse emblem for the wines was founded. Table 23 Bodegas de la Marquesa, Rioja, Spain Pablo de Simón This long established family Bodega lies in the village of Villabuena, drawing from vineyard plantings on the limestone ridges of the Alavesa region. It is based on the same principal as a good French Château which is to use fruit only from their own vineyards, set rigorous standards in the cellars and, following fermentation in stainless steel, age the wine in oak, part of which is renewed each year. The wines have elegance and pungency combined with the soft spicy allure that only well made Tempranillo can offer. They are very good indeed. 23/1 Valserrano Blanco Barrica 2016 14.95 23/3 Valserrano Crianza 2014 14.95 23/4 Valserrano Reserva 2012 19.95 23/5 Valserrano Gran Reserva 2010 31.50 23/6 Valserrano Finca Monteviejo 2012 35.50 annual spring tasting www.davywine.co.uk 27

Table 30 Robert Sinskey Vineyards, Napa Valley, California George Prideaux A second generation, family-owned and operated estate, with every vineyard certified organic and biodynamic. Their focus on elegance over brawn is reflected in the finesse and elegance of their wines and the ability for them to age gracefully. The estate has had the same winemaker for over 25 years who produces the wines with cuisine pairing in mind, presenting his wines with appropriate foods from the kitchen where possible. Robert Sinskey himself is a native Californian who describes himself as an atypical vintner with the philosophy that wine is not an athletic event or a quick study but rather should be allowed to seduce you and evolve in the glass and bottle. 30/1 Sinskey Abraxas 2013 50.00 30/2 Sinskey Pinot Noir 2013 50.00 30/3 Sinskey Cabernet Franc 2013 60.00 annual spring tasting www.davywine.co.uk 35
