Festive Events at the Bandstand Restaurant Booking 14 days from date of booking we require the following deposits: Christmas Day Dinner and Hogmanay Hootenanny 20 p/person Christmas Party Nights and Festive Dinners 15 p/person Festive lunches (bookings of 10 or more) - 7 p/person If deposit is not received, the booking will automatically be released. In the event of cancellation or reduction in numbers up to 14 days prior to event a 50% refund will be given. Payment in full is required at least 14 days prior to event, after full payment no refunds will be given for any reason. There is no reduction in price for any requested variations to the menu. Pre-order is required. Menu choices must be returned to the hotel 14 days prior to the event. Any special dietary needs will be catered for separately and you should contact the hotel in advance. The hotel reserve the right to vary the entertainment on any particular date. It is not allowed for guests to bring in their own drink, or for any extra guests to join a party table after the meal. It is regretted that definite table arrangements or any increase to numbers cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to comply with your wishes.
