3 Muscle Relief Bath Bomb Muscles aching from a long hard day? Whip up some muscle relief bath bombs for a relaxing spa like bath and soak away! ½ cup Citric Acid (dry powder) ¼ cup of Corn Starch 2 Tbs of coconut essential oil 1 Tbs of almond essential oil 5 drops witch hazel essential oil Wisk wet/dry If too wet, add baking soda a teaspoon at a time to reach desired wet/dry
4 Relaxation Bath Bomb A great combo of lavender and bergamot to help you relax in that steaming hot bath. ½ cup of Citric Acid (dry powder) ¼ cup of Corn Startch 2 Tbs of coconut essential oil 1 Tbs of almond essential oil 10 drops of lavender essential oil 10 drops of bergamot essential oil wet/dry If too wet, add baking soda a teaspoon at a time to reach desired wet/dry
5 Sinus Bath Bomb/Shower Bomb This is a great mixture to use to clear your sinus. This can be used in the bath or even in the shower! For those mornings you wake up and don t have time for a bath and need your sinuses cleared, through this in the shower with up and open up. ¼ cup of Corn Starch (omit for shower bomb) 2 Tbs of coconut essential oil (omit for shower) 1 Tbs of almond essential oil (omit for shower) 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil 10 drops of peppermint essential oil wet/dry If too wet, add baking soda a teaspoon at a time to reach desired wet/dry

The oatmeal is a great skin soother! 1 cup of Oatmeal (grind into a fine flour like powder) 2 Tbs of coconut essential oil 1 Tbs of almond essential oil 5 drops of lavender essential oil 5 drops of vanilla or vanilla bean essential oil wet/dry If too wet, add baking soda a teaspoon at a time to reach desired wet/dry

This has rose hip oil which does wonders for the skin. ½ cup of Coconut Milk Powder 3 Tbs Dried Rose Buds (lightly crushed) 2 Tbs of coconut essential oil 1 Tbs of almond essential oil 5 drops of rose hip essential oil (scentless) 5 drops of rose essential oil (for scent) wet/dry If too wet, add baking soda a teaspoon at a time to reach desired wet/dry

Give them a nice warm bath with this bath bomb and say nighty night. ¼ cup of Corn Starch 2 Tbs of coconut essential oil 1 Tbs of almond essential oil 10 drops of nighty night essential oil (lavender, marjoram, mandarin, cedarwood atlas, patchouli, clary sage, roman chamomile, and tansy) wet/dry If too wet, add baking soda a teaspoon at a time to reach desired wet/dry
