Dear Events co-ordinator: GUARANTEE Information ENTERTAINMENT Planning your company holiday party can be fun and easy if you let us help. Cafe n' Stuff is a full service catering and event planning company with over 17 years experience in making "Holiday Magic". We have several levels of service to fill your holiday catering needs. Christmas parties are our specialty, we can help you find a location, provide a delicious menu, beverage service, decorations, entertainment, rentals and even arrange a visit from ol' Saint Nick himself. Holiday luncheons can be set up quickly at your own facility, with buffet tables brightly decorated, and friendly, cheerful servers to make sure that your employees are taken care of. If your company works various shifts we are happy to provide service to each individual shift, ensuring that all of your employees are able to participate in the holiday festivities. Along with a delicious meal we can also provide: Fabulous array of appetizers and desserts Full Bar Service Please give us a call to set up an appointment so that we can discuss your specific holiday needs. We will even arrange for you and your planning committee to sample some of our menus in order to help make your decision an easy one. Our Professional Catering Staff will provide you with the finest service. However, we need your assistance in making your banquet a success. Please confirm your expected attendance at least 4 days prior to your party. This will be considered your guarantee. We will prepare to serve an additional 10% to insure that your guests are all served. PAYMENTS To reserve your date a 25% deposit is required with the balance due at the time of your final guarantee (72 hours prior to event). Any additional charges are due at the conclusion of the function. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if notice is given 30 days or more prior to date, the deposit can be transfered to an alternate date. FOOD SERVICE All menu prices includes all necessary paper goods, including plates, plastic utinsils, napkins, cups, etc. These items provided are white. If you prefer to upgrade to a specific color or pattern please ask our catering director for pricing. If you wish to use china and silver this can also be provided. Please see page on rental items. It is our policy for your buffet to remain set up for two hours at which time we will remove all food items and disassemble the buffet. Should there be leftovers and you wish to take them home, you must provide us with appropriate containers to store the food. We can provide you with the finest, most experienced Party D.J. in Southern California. We also have available Soloists, Vocal Groups, a Harpist and other types of entertainment. SERVERS For all parties, it is necessary to provide servers. We require one server for every 25 guests (sit down service) and one server per every 50 guests (buffet style).. Server price is $75.00 for length of party. For luncheon service we office a special server charge of $30.00 per server for 2 hours of service. BAR SERVICE We can provide your guests with a cash bar. There is a $100.00 bartenders fee and all drinks are charged to your guests at normal prevailing prices. We do require a $400.00 guarantee in sales. Cafe n' Stuff carries a full catering liquor license and a one million dollar liability policy. CLEAN-UP It is our policy and guarantee to leave your location in the same condition that it was in when we arrived. We will clean any food preparation area as well as the buffet area. We will do our best to clean all of the guest tables without distrubing your event. Should you require additional clean-up, ie: break down of tables and chairs, taking down of decorations this can be provided at a rate of $100.00 per hour.. TAXES & SERVICE CHARGE All prices are subject to a mandatory 18% service charge plus applicable state and local taxes. The service charge is not a gratutity, this is for the delivery, set-up, clean up and cost of your equipment and staff. While gratuties are appreciated they are not required and should you decided that you have received excellant service and want to tip your staff, please give that directly to the lead staff person at your event.

Bars & Beverages Bar Service can be provided for a minimum of 50 guests. There is a $100.00 bartender fee required (usually 1 per 100 guests). All services include Unlimited Bar Service for the period indicated. Bar Service includes disposable serviceware. Tables and Portable Bars are additional. No Host Bar Service No host bar service requires a deposit of $400.00 to guarantee the minimum sales. If bar receipts are less than $400.00, the difference will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be refunded. No Host Bar includes all of the items listed under Host Bar Service.
