Ingredients: Luxury green tea, lily blossom, jasmine and osmanthus petals. Jinjincun Mountain Flowering Tea Refreshing notes of peppermint with a sweet floral finish. Darjeeling Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe Grown at altitude along the slopes of the Himalayas, this is a highly esteemed tea, rich in the cup with a delightful muscatel sweet aroma. Assam Tippy Golden Broken Orange Pekoe This is a fine example of a rich Assam tea with a very full and well balanced flavour. Assam tea comes from India and is mostly grown at or near sea level. Assam is known for its body, briskness, malty flavour and strong bright colour. Ceylon Dimbula Dimbula was one of the first areas to be planted in the 1870 s in the Dimbula region in Western Sri Lanka, which produces full flavoured rich aromatic black teas. Ceylon is the old name for Sri Lanka.
Lapsang Souchong A very powerful tea with a rich, tarry, smoky character. Lapsang is a black tea originally from the Wuyi region of the Chinese province of Fujian. It is sometimes referred to as smoked tea, and the leaves are traditionally smoke dried over pinewood fires, taking on its distinctive smoky flavour. Jasmine Green Tea From the Fijian province, a semi-fermented tea scented with Jasmine flowers which are grown at high elevations in the mountains. It originates from the time of the Song Dynasty (960-1279) the flavour is subtly sweet. Rooibos Naturally caffeine free South African tea with a sweet, slightly nutty flavour. Rich in antioxidants. Rooibos is only grown in a small area in the Western Cape province. Higgins Afternoon Blend A finely balanced blend of India and China teas that can be served black, with a slice of lemon or a dash of milk. Earl Grey A blend of choice teas flavoured with the oil from the peel of the bergamot fruit. Bergamot stems from the Italian bergamotto, a modification of the Turkey bey armudu, literally Beys pear ; bergamot is a fruit the size of an orange, with a yellow colour and a pleasant fragrance. Spring Tea Black China tea with raspberry, blackcurrant and elderberry flavours, juniper berries, nettle and heather leaves, blackberries and peppermint leaves.
