Our venue is located in Avon, Ohio and sits on 20 acres of wooded, scenic grounds. We can accommodate from 80 to 450 guests for your wedding reception. Located in our beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens is the wedding ceremony site, featuring a sandstone terrace to provide a beautiful setting for your wedding ceremony and photographs. About our Wedding Packages: Our wedding packages include all of the following: Catering of the Dinner Menu (choose from buffet or seated family style service) Custom Menu Options are Available (plated dinners, appetizer stations, etc.) Room Rental (minimum guest count required per each room) Cutting & Serving of Wedding Cake White China Plates & Flatware White Linen Tablecloths Linen Napkins (choice of colors) Water Stem Glasses Complimentary Champagne Flutes for Your Bridal Table Bridal Table & Cake Table Lighting Reserved Access to the Gardens for Wedding Photographs Decorating Equipment: Glass Table Mirrors, Glass Globes, Table Numbers & Stands, Bud Vases Skirting for Gift Tables, Cake Table, Name Card Table, Etc Room Setup and Cleanup Wait Staff Packaging of Leftover Food (any food that you would like to take home with you is boxed up by our wait staff for your convenience) Discounted Rates: We offer discounts for wedding receptions held on Friday or Sundays. We do provide all of the soft drinks, juices, mixers, and garnishes in our beverage packages. Please see page seven for more information. Alcohol is typically delivered one day prior to your event date You may choose to bring beer in bottles, cans or kegs No corkage fees are required Ask us about of list of vendors who provide delivery for you! Banquet Rooms: Room Name Guest Capacity Deposit to Reserve Room Oak Room: 80-160 guests $1300.00 Deposit. Gold Room: 150-225 guests $1800.00 Deposit. Gold & West Rooms: 225-325 guests $1800.00 Deposit. Grand Ballroom: 325-450 guests $3000.00 Deposit. Full-Service Catering (off-site) 50 guest minimum $500.00 Deposit. *Friday, Sunday, and Off-Season Receptions- may choose to have a lowered minimum of 40 guests (instead of a discount) for bookings in the Oak Room. For example if you are planning to have a smaller reception the minimum in the oak room would be waived to 40 guests instead of 80 guests. Deposit to Reserve Your Event Date: A deposit along with a signed contract is required to secure your date. Family Style Service also includes poured coffee at your guest s tables. CAKE CUTTING SERVICE- The cutting and serving of your wedding cake is included in the price per person. There is no extra charge to cut and serve your wedding cake. Wedding cake is cut and plated on white china plates and is traditionally served following dinner for dessert. EVENING BUFFET SERVICE- Your entrées and accompaniments will be available to your guests throughout the duration of your wedding. You many bring in your own alcoholic beverages -therefore you may fully customize your bar to include your favorite beers, wines and liquors! Alcohol is to be delivered one day before your event date. Upon delivery we will take an inventory of all your alcohol and provide refrigeration for all of your chilled beverages. We also have a listing of local vendors that are available to assist with planning and ordering your alcohol if needed. We do not charge any corkage fees. We offer an outdoor garden area featuring a sandstone terrace for your wedding ceremony. This feature is reserved only for wedding receptions held at Tom s Country Place. Please Call for Pricing Information To ensure exclusive availability in the garden area for your ceremony we offer two time slots for the outdoor gardens. You have the choice of reserving 3:30-5:00 pm or 6:00-7:30 pm. In the event of inclement weather, your ceremony will be held in your reserved room where guests will be seated at their tables and the charge for the white ceremony chairs will be refunded if not already set up. The garden fee is non-refundable, however there is no additional charge to move your ceremony indoors because of inclement weather. Ceremony rehearsals in the outdoor gardens, if necessary, are to be scheduled with your event coordinator. There is no charge to use the outdoor gardens for your wedding photographs. To ensure that you will have full access to the gardens for your photographs you may choose to reserve one of our two time slots at the time of booking. These available times are either 3:30-5:00 pm or 6:00-7:30 pm. 8 P a g e
