Randy is a trained chef who as a boy spent a lot of time in his uncle s restaurant in Greenville, Texas. This is where he learned that he loved cooking. He loves cooking the southern food that his uncle cooked. He loves creating his own recipes with fresh ingredients, and he loves serving food of the highest quality. Everything is homemade all the way. When Celia is asked what her favorite pie to bake is, she says coconut pie because it is her mother s recipe. Growing up eating this delicious pie, she wanted to bake a pie just like her mom s.
