TERMS AND CONDITIONS All bookings made must be confirmed with a 10.00 per person, non-refundable deposit. This applies to all events listed. For festive lunches and dinners the balance can be settled on the day. However full settlement for Christmas day, party nights and new year celebrations must be paid by November 14th 2014. All monies received are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments received cannot be exchanged for food or drink in the event of cancellation by any party member. At all events we will endeavour to seat all parties together but it is not always possible to seat large parties at one table. This applies to restaurant and function suite bookings. If booking a large party for any event, the lead name on the booking is responsible for ensuring that payment is made. Only payments from the lead name will be accepted. Payments should be made by provision of deposit and balance, no intermediate payments will be accepted. The Christmas Family Day will take place in the Eagle Lodge function suites & parties under 10 people might not have a table on their own. Please note child's price of 30.00 is for all children under 12 years. No further discount will be applied. Highchairs for the Family Christmas Day must be pre-ordered (limited amount available). Bookings cannot be guaranteed in the Glasshouse area of Oregano. Eagle Lodge cannot refund or transfer any monies due to inclement weather if customers cannot make the event, unless Eagle Lodge cancels the said event. On certain days where there are numerous large parties booked, it may be necessary to move these bookings from Oregano to a function suite - where this occurs, parties will be notified in advance. We would strongly recommend that any party under a tight time constrain would pre-order be either telephone, via email or in person. During December a 10% service charge will apply to all Oregano tables, however guests can leave whatever they feel appropriate, and then the service charge will be deducted from the bill. All of this goes directly to your server. Smart dress is requested at all times. All events are subject to venue change due to numbers. All live entertainment is subject to change. The Eagle Lodge reserves the right to refuse admission, regardless of monies paid. Party Nights start promptly at times advised. If anyone shows up late it is not always possible to serve them a meal. Access to the Hogmanay celebrations is by ticket only. Admission will be refused if you do not have a ticket. The Eagle Lodge operates under the "Challenge 25" programme, it is our legal duty to refuse service of alcohol to anyone without valid photographic ID when asked for by a member of staff, we highly encourage guests to carry relevant identification.
