All menus detailed in this brochure may vary slightly on the day due to the availability of locallysourced fresh produce from our suppliers. Deposits By paying the deposit you are agreeing with and entering into our terms and conditions. *A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of 20 per person is required to confirm your booking. A provisional booking will be secured for a maximum of 21 days from the time of booking; if no deposit is received within this time, your booking will be released. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or credit/ debit card. Cheques should be made payable to Thainstone Events. Final Payment Full payment is required before the 31st October 2016. Only one payment per party will be accepted. Non-payment by the due date will render the contract with you void and your event will be cancelled and deposits will be lost. Bookings made after the 31st October 2016 must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing. All deposits paid will be lost in the event of cancellation. No refunds given less that 14 days prior to event. We cannot be held responsible for any severe weather conditions and will not issue a refund on these grounds.
