Hotel Rules & Policies: Restaurants Dress code: The Citadel Azur Resort enforces a strict dress code in all restaurants in order to maintain the highest standards of service to all guests of all nationalities. The following attire is expected to be worn: Breakfast: Shorts & sandals are allowed if worn with a decent shirt or polo shirt. Sleeveless shirts & beach/swimming wear is not allowed. Flexibility will be provided for children. Lunch: Shorts, sandals & covered beach wear are allowed. Мen are requested to wear proper T-shirt, polo-shirts & dry shorts. Women must cover bikini / swimsuits with light summer dress or appropriate tops. Beach/swimming wear is not allowed. Dinner: The Citadel & El Gaucho restaurants: Smart Casual Dress code. Men are required to wear shorts or trousers, decent shirts or polo s, closed shoes or sandals. Women are required to wear dinner dress or equivalent attire. Beach wear is not allowed. Blue Marlin, La Gondola & Orchid restaurants: Men are required to wear trousers, decent shirts or polo s, closed shoes or sandals. Shorts, sleeveless shirts & flip-flops are strictly prohibited. Women are required to wear dinner dress or equivalent attire.!!! Management will always advise guests of the dress code regulations when needed and expect cooperation in order to maintain the standards of quality in the property. The Citadel Azur is an -inclusive resort, providing a large choice of food & beverage to guests inside each outlet, removing food items from the restaurants is strictly prohibited. In case of a special food request, this to be handled by the Restaurant Manager on individual basis & to be charge to the guest room. Swimwear rules for pools & Jacuzzis: Appropriate swim attire is required to be worn in all resort swimming pools & Jacuzzis. Cotton shorts or shirts, sport shorts, loose clothing, non-lycra bathing suits or similar items are not permitted. Burkini are allowed only in Small Infinity pool. Children in diapers are required to use waterproof protectors. The above requirements are not applied along the beach coast and sea lagoons. Accommodation with pets: Citadel Azur Resort is permitting accommodation with pets (cats or dogs) less than 15kg. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, simple rules during the stay with pets should be followed: approval from the property is required. Pets must be current on all vaccines. A copy of pet s vaccination records is requested upon check in. Pets must be kept in a cage when unattended in room. The guest should be present in the room during the daily room cleaning or mini-bar refilling. Dogs should be kept on a leash on the hotel grounds at all times. Guest should pick up after his pet. Pets are not allowed in the lobby, restaurants and bars as well as at the pool/beach areas and sports center. Any damage incurred in the room by a pet is the responsibility of the guest. During the stay, guest has to make sure that pet has its own carpet and food bowl. No aggressive dogs will be allowed at Citadel Azur Resort.!!! Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and are exempt of charges and restrictions.
