Please make cheques payable to the Spread Eagle Hotel. For all packages, parties and events, full prepayment of the balance is required no later than 14 days prior to your event. Pre-orders for food and wine are required at least 14 days prior to the event. 1 Bookings are considered provisional at the time of booking. A provisional booking is held for 14 days after this time, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. 2 A booking is not considered confirmed until a signed booking form is received by the Hotel and a 20.00 non-refundable deposit per person has been paid. 3 final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. Any reduction in numbers at this stage will result in the deposit being retained by the hotel.
