Christmas Function Pack 2016 Thank you for considering Pasta Loco for your Christmas event. We re committed to sharing our love of great food, lovely wine and fantastic hospitality with you. Inspired by our heritage, our Bristol upbringing and our travels, Pasta Loco delivers you an experience that cannot be found anywhere else. Ben Harvey s menu changes daily as he prepares the pasta for each service with fresh and exciting ingredients. Dominic Borel s wine & cocktail list are a sign of his love and appreciation for the two. Put all this together and add a wealth of experience in the industry, Pasta Loco delivers the perfect hospitality experience. For group sizes of 8 or more we must ask that you commit to either a banquet menu, set menu, pre order or alternate drop. For groups of 16 people or more we must insist that you stick to a banquet menu which is a sharing style of our set menu. The following is a sample of the set menu however given enough notice we can cater to most requests. 1

Group sizes Pasta Loco can seat up to 34 people at any one time. For private hire of the venue there will be a discretional minimum spend expectation which is dependant on date and time. We can seat anywhere up to 16 people on one table. We also have 3 booths which can fit 6 people in each. Damages Pasta Loco is not responsible for our guests property. Any damages to our property or equipment the event organiser will be invoiced for the repairs. Decorations All decorations have to be approved by Pasta Loco management Entertainment All entertainment must be approved by Pasta Loco management at least 5 days prior to the event. We do not hold a licence for live music. We do not have equipment for hire. Dress code All non-offensive clothing is okay by us! Payment Pasta Loco does not take a deposit. Payment is to be made once the event has finished by the organiser unless otherwise agreed between Pasta Loco management and the host. We accept all major cards, cash, cheques and transfers. If there is a minimum spend requirement and this is not met once the event has finished the credit card details given on this agreement will be charged the difference. A discretionary 10% gratuity fee will be added to the final bill. Minors Must be supervised by a responsible adult over 18 years of age at all times. Cancellation and drop in numbers If the venue has been hired exclusively and the event is cancelled within 5 working days prior to the date of the event the credit card details on this agreement will be charged 500 pounds subject to Pasta Loco management discretion. If the venue is not exclusively booked and more than 3 persons have dropped out within 24 hours of the event, the credit card details on this agreement will be charged 15 pounds per person. 3
