20 TH REUNION USS FRANK E. EVANS (DD 754) ASSOCIATION, INC. HYATT REGENCY HOTEL Dallas / Fort Worth Airport 2334 North International Parkway Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas 75261 SEPTEMBER 27, 28 & 29, 2012

USS Frank E. Evans (DD 754) Association 20 th Reunion Dallas / Fort Worth September 27-29, 2012 Ahoy: Members, Shipmates, Family Members and Friends, We are excited about our upcoming 20 th Reunion to be held at the Hyatt Regency DFW Hotel - Dallas / Fort Worth Airport. It seems like yesterday when we held our very first reunion in the City of Grapevine, just a few miles away from this year s reunion location. We hope you will join us to reminisce about the last 20 years along with the other memories of our association, and our times in the Navy. Reunions are ideal places to renew old friendships and make new friends. For the last few years several of you have asked about adding an additional day to the reunion because three days just doesn t seem long enough and time just flies by. Officially we are maintaining the same number of days for the formal start of the reunion however, for those who want to come early we are having a Pub Crawl on Wednesday evening. Jennifer Nichols has done all the advanced planning. This should be a fun event, and it will prove to be one for the record books! Please come early and join us for our very first Pub Crawl. Each year the reunion committee performs extensive reviews of locations and hotels to accommodate our association s needs. Our focus is to provide you the best possible location and hotel at the best overall costs. We were successful in obtaining room rates under $100.00 from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Steve and Donna Kraus have done an outstanding job of pulling everything together for your pleasure. Arrangements for several interesting tours have been made. Your packet contains other surprises and opportunities for you. Please get comfortable and take a few minutes to look over your packet. Take advantage of the opportunity to make your early bird registration and save on the registration fees. See you in September! Sincerely, J C Campbell Steve Kraus J. C. Campbell Steve Kraus -1-
