Welcome to The Dough Roller Restaurant Ocean City s Favorite Family Restaurant since 1980 During the summers of 1962 and 1963, Bill Gibbs, an Ocean City resident, was a beach boy for Breakers Hotel at Third Street on the Boardwalk. Every day visitors would ask where to go for lunch. In 1979, Bill Gibbs had the opportunity to buy the Breakers Hotel. Bill knew the front porch would be the perfect place for a family friendly restaurant offering pizza and pancakes. The Dough Roller was born and opened in the spring of 1980. We use fresh quality ingredients to offer you the best dining experience. Every day we make fresh dough, slice meats and cheeses for our subs and grinders, make our pizza sauce, grate our premium pizza cheese and make chicken salad. There are two locations on Coastal Highway, one at 41st Street beside the Convention Center and the other at 70th Street, and a second location on the Boardwalk at South Division Street across from the Inlet parking lot. South Division Street location serves Dayton s Boardwalk Famous Fried Chicken & Seafood. A full breakfast menu is served daily at 3rd, 41st, and 70th Street locations.
