You can sear steaks to perfection, rotisserie cook chickens or roasts, and even bake elaborate desserts. Every part of the cooking system is designed and engineered for a specific purpose. THE OVEN AMAZING HEAT RETENTION Made from either die-cast aluminum, porcelain enameled steel, or high-grade stainless steel; these ovens provide excellent heat retention and long lasting durability. The oven is designed to ensure even heating and heat retention for precise control. The bottom of the oven will even vaporise extra drippings so the flavour stays with your food... right where it belongs. 2. THE GRIDS STEAKHOUSE SEAR MARKS These cooking grids deliver excellent heat retention and exceptional searing power to lock in juices and flavour. The heavy cast iron grids have two sides. One side is pointed for those perfect steakhouse sear marks while the other side has grooves for continuous basting. The thick stainless steel grids are very easy to clean and provide long lasting durability. 3. THE FLAV-R-WAVE INCREDIBLE FLAVOUR The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave provides superior heat distribution across the entire surface of the grill and protects the burners. Drippings that fall onto the Flav-R-Wave are instantly vaporised. The vapour created through this process infuses back into the food for that unmistakable barbecue flavour. 4. THE BURNER POWER & PERFORMANCE Made from high quality stainless steel, the patented Dual-Tube burners are designed to ensure a consistent flame from front to back while the Super 8 Infinity covers the entire base of the oven with up to 326 ports.
