Chef s Choice White Albariño, Nº12 by Paco Y Lola Rias Baixas, 2016 Straw yellow with greenish, bright and clear tones. It has medium high intensity with citrus (lemon skin, tangerine) and white flowers (acacia and orange blossom). Tropical background with lychees hints. In the palate it has very fresh and good acidity. $85/btl Viña Esmeralda, Bodegas Torres Penedes, 2016 Viña Esmeralda is a delicate and very aromatic white wine from Catalonia. The nose is intense with notes of rose and lavender, hints of jasmine and citrus fruits like orange. The palate is fine and elegant and has a very long aftertaste. Moscatel Galego, Quinta do Portal Portugal, 2016 This is a delicious and attractive wine. It has exuberant, fresh floral and fruity aromas with citric notes, reminding orange blossom, orange peel and roses and fresh minerality on the palate. Ideal as aperitif. Godello, Les 3 Amis Audacia Valdeorras, 2013 Audacia is still in its youth but the wine progressively reveals a combination of flowers (rose, honeysuckle) fruits (pear, custard apple) where hints of non-toasted almonds, wheat flour and smoke are noticed. On the palate, it allies generosity and firmness. It is very pleasant and lingering. $24/gls Lunares Blanco, Ronda Sierras de Malaga, 2016 Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc. A special two days cold maceration after which pressed for natural fermentation at between 14ºC and 15ºC for over a month. Once finished, it was decided not to do malolactic fermentation to boost freshness. This wine was raised on lees for five months. Vinyes Domenech Rita Montsant, 2015 Displaying aromas of white fruit and well-integrated, subtle notes from oak-ageing, this coupage of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo is decidedly unctuous, with balsamic and mineral notes, and particularly fresh and pleasant on the palate, including a slightly bitter touch on the finish.

Verdejo, Ossian Castilla y Leon, 2014 This is a great white wine in the Burgundy style. a wine for laying down, produced using Verdejo grapes from very old, pre- Phylloxera vines, organically farmed in an area with the highest altitude in Rueda, fermented and aged in oak barrels and casks. $168/btl Chef s Choice Red Huerta de Albalá Barbazul Tierra de Cádiz, 2013 69% Syrah, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot & 5% Tintilla de Rota. Complex on the nose, this wine displays aromas of red berries, fig and aromatic herb. It is warm, powerful and flavoursome with balanced acidity and impressive structure leading to a persistent finish. $85/btl Tinta de Toro, Romanico Teso La Monja, 2015 Full bodied, opaque purple-coloured wine with superb richness as well as lots of blackberry, charcoal and cassis intermixed with licorice, new saddle leather, pepper and bouquet garni. AN2 Mallorca, 2012 It has a wonderful bouquet of plush red berries, leather and melted tar that is very well defined and seductive. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins and lush, mocha-tinged red fruit that is blessed with a satin-like texture from start $22/gls $110/btl Caranyana/ Garnatxa, Porrera Priorat, 2013 Hand-crafted from grape vines that cling to the steep slopes of the Porrera region of Priorat, this wine is perfect for those that love elegant wines which pair well with a variety of foods. Containing aromas of ripe black fruit, toasted oak, slate and traces of eucalyptus; this unique red wine exudes ripe tannins, well-balanced acidity and notes of ripe berries, black licorice and sweet spice on the palate. Ready to drink now, this wine may also be cellared for up to 15 years. $24/gls Habla del Silencio Extremadura, 2015 It is made from a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. It has good acidity, sweet tannins, and leaves a very enjoyable and appetizing fruity sensation. Medium length finish with some slightly bitter notes.

Ferrer Bobet Vinyes Velles Priorat, 2012 The vines are located in one of the highest and freshest areas in the denomination which guarantees the perfect ripening of the grapes. It practices a strict organic viticulture. It shows a great liveliness, an excellent acidity, sweet tannins and a surprising touch of ripeness. $185/btl Roda I Reserva Rioja, 2010 The deep, dark, black fruit is almost always dominated by plum aromas together with mineral and chocolate notes, balsamic flavours, all of which form a whole which flows slowly from the very bottom of the glass, developing hugely as it reaches the expectant nose of the taster. On the palate, the fullness of the wine comes through clearly, the fruit complexity gently coating the mouth with masses of sweet tannins. The wine shows great length with a finish of fruit and freshness that lingers on well after swallowing, inciting the taster to sip again. $220/btl Chef s Choice Rose, Cava & Port Rosado, Muga Rioja, 2016 60% Garnacha, 30% Viura and 10% Tempranillo. A very light, bright colour, mainly pale orange-tinged salmon pink. On the nose a complex aroma of white-fleshed fruit with stones. It is a wine with a long finish which combines sweetness, freshness and acidity. Gramona Imperial Gran Reserva Catalunya, 2011 Good intensity. Ripe white fruit such us apple and peach. Aniseed notes, fennel. Pleasant on entry, full and creamy on the palate. Velvet-like bubbles. Refreshing finish. $24/gls $135/btl Argent Blanc de Blancs Gran Reserva Sant Sadurni d Anoia, 2011 Pale yellow with golden highlights. Elegance and subtlety, taking the form of fruit - pears, golden apples and a touch of citrus, lemon peel. White flowers, fennel. Very fine toasted notes: toasted almonds. Fresh on entry, nice volume on the palate and fine, creamy bubbles. Dry finish with good acidity. $198/btl

10Y White Port Quinta do Portal, Portugal (375ml) This Port Wine impresses by the harmony between the complexity of a old wine (with dry fruits and spices) and its freshness (marked by yellow fruits and floral notes). It has a shiny golden colour showing very good acidity that balances with its spicy and honeyed character. Champagne Brut Le Chapitre Rosé France, NV The rosy color of this champagne has an almost blue gleam and fine bubbles and creamy froth. Fruity aromas of black grapes, wild cherries, and blackcurrant, which then evolve to woodland strawberry. Exotic notes of pineapple and lime from chardonnay with sensations of biting into fresh fruit. $188/btl Rose Clot d Encis Terra Alta, 2016 A blend based principally on Syrah grapes, a grape with a significant expressiveness. The blend also includes red Grenache, albeit in a lesser proportion. The palate is fresh, fruity and full-bodied. Tenuta delle Terre Nere Sicily, 2015 Fresh and fruity, produced from Nerello Mascalese grape: a wine with a white wine's body and a red one's soul. The bouquet is fruity, with notes of ripe cherry and strawberry, the taste is fresh, lively and well-balanced. Other Whites Verdejo, Legaris Rueda, 2015 A wine that is intense on the nose, with a floral bouquet and notes of white fruit intermingled with faint herbal hints. Lots of body on the palate with a long finish and the characteristic bitter aftertaste of the Verdejo varietal. $85/btl Sauvignon Blanc, Melior Rueda, 2015 Well loved varietal. The only international grape accepted as part of the DO Rueda & Silver Medal Winner at the World Sauvignon Contest 2016. $20/gls $100/btl Gramona Gessamí Blanco Penedes, 2016 40% Muscat de Frontignan, 35% Sauvignon Blanc & 25% Gewürztraminer. Moscatel Galego, Quinta do Portal Portugal, 2016 This is a delicious and attractive wine. It has exuberant, fresh floral and fruity aromas with citric notes, reminding orange blossom, orange peel and roses and fresh minerality on the palate. Moscatel Seco, Botani Sierras de Malaga, 2015 100% Muscat Alexandria. Pale straw color. Fresh, fragrant and mature, brimming with the aroma of Muscat grape, apple, mandarin orange and a pinch of wilted flowers. On the palate it is fruity and dry, with notes of citrus and a gentle finish. Matarromera Verdejo Fermentado en Barrica Rueda, 2015 Pale straw yellow colour with greenish and golden hues. Crisp and very bright. Scents of tropical fruit such as passion fruit and mango, amid herbs, aniseed and white flowers w/ blended touches from its aging. Lengthy, voluminous, cool and elegant at the finish. $138/btl Nadine Ferrand Macon Solutre- Pouilly, 2015 This wine is clear, bright with a beautiful pall gold dress and green color. The nose is fresh, mineral with candied lemon and honey aromas. $110/btl Etna Bianco Santo Spirito, Tenuta delle Terre Nerre DOC Sicily, 2014 This 100% Carricante comes from Santo Spirito, a cru vineyard which is composed of soils rich in volcanic ash. The 2014 is a simply magnificent which opens with gorgeous aromas of quince and bosc pear coming together with lemon, tangerine zest, white floral buds, along with stony and smoky minerals. $158/btl Other Reds Legaris Roble Ribera del Duero, 2014 100% Tinto Fino. Deep purplish red with bluish hues. Very intense aromas on the nose. Prominent notes of red fruit that are interlaced with notes of vanilla from its aging in barrels. The wine is rich with a balanced and rounded mouthfeel.

Crossos Priorat, 2013 A nice blend of Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cariñena. Aroma which highlights the balsamic and red and black fruits, all accompanied by notes of thyme, orange peel and spices. Terral, Sumarroca Penedes, 2012 A blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah with a small amount of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Cherry colour, purple around the edges. Intense bouquet of mature fruit such as blackberry and blueberry, together with cedar and spices. Abadal Franc Pla de Bages, 2016 A conceptual wine of complementary varieties. The unique nature of blending of the traditional local Cabernet Franc, concentrated & generous Tempranillo, elegant & fresh Sumoll. A marriage of toffee and red fruits. $22/gls $110/btl Produttori del Barbaresco Piedmont, 2013 It displays a beautiful garnet red color with brick hues. Aromas of spice, pepper and black cherries. On the palate, it is powerful, firm elegant and ethereal. $150/btl Bodegas Roda Sela Rioja, 2014 Tempranillo and a little blend of Graciano. It has a clean nose with aromas of bright red fruit, red licorice with a lactic and spicy touch. $130/btl Matarromera Crianza Ribera del Duero, 2011 The nose is cherry-rich and shows the dill and vanilla notes of American oak. The mouth is very full with lots of red and black cherries and some minty herbs. $130/btl Matarromera Reserva Ribera del Duero, 2010 It is round, elegant and very complex, showing a bouquet with fruit like mulberry and blackberry slightly dominating a balanced oak influence, giving hints of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, coffee, leather, liquorice and different and complex red fruit. $150/btl

Rento El Hito Corto Ribera del Duero, 2010 Rento is mostly aged for 18 months in 50 barrels of French oak from coopers. This wine has an intense dark coat with a dark violet tone with significant licks of Burgundy. It has an exquisite and measured structure, both elegant and silky, with a powerful body and a remarkable skeleton of noble well-tamed tannins and a persistent and a long finish. $198/btl Malbec, Festivo Mendoza, 2016 100% Malbec. Festivo displays true varietal typicity of Malbec from the Uco Valley. Bright notes of violets are present, along with ripe red fruit aromas. In the mouth it is supple and elegant with a long pleasurable finish Kieninger Maxx Cuvee Sierras de Malaga, 2013 Garnacha and Tintilla de Rota. Biodynamic wine by EU Certified Organic Winemaker. Ecologic treatment at vineyards and winery. Carbonic maceration, ageing during 13 months in casks of French oak. $150/btl CM Prestigio by Carlos Moro Rioja, 2015 Tempranillo-variety wine from the Gallomate, San Martin and La Rad estates in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The grapes using in the making of this wine are selected and hand-picked to form crates weighing no more than 12kg. It has a bright cherry colour, a good structure and a great balance with a lingering after taste. $158/btl Finca Los Frutales Sierras de Mallaga, 2014 100% Garnacha. Handpicked. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 28 ºC to extract the potential of grapes. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in barrels of French oak for 12 months. $150/btl
