Moscatel Galego, Quinta do Portal Portugal, 2016 This is a delicious and attractive wine. It has exuberant, fresh floral and fruity aromas with citric notes, reminding orange blossom, orange peel and roses and fresh minerality on the palate. Godello, Les 3 Amis Audacia Valdeorras, 2013 Audacia is still in its youth but the wine progressively reveals a combination of flowers (rose, honeysuckle) fruits (pear, custard apple) where hints of non-toasted almonds, wheat flour and smoke are noticed. On the palate, it allies generosity and firmness. It is very pleasant and lingering. 2400 Ronda Lunares Blanco Sierras de Malaga, 2016 Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc. A special two days cold maceration after which pressed for natural fermentation at between 14ºC and 15ºC for over a month. Once finished, it was decided not to do malolactic fermentation to boost freshness. This wine was raised on lees for five months. AN2, Mallorca, 2012 The 2009 ÀN/2 is a blend of 65% Callet, 20% Mantonegre and Fogoneu and 15% Syrah aged in one-third French and American new oak. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins and lush, mocha-tinged red fruit that is blessed with a satin-like texture from start to finish. Ferrer Bobet practices a strict organic viticulture. They do not use any type of insecticide or fungicide or herbicide, showing an enormous respect for the land. It shows a great liveliness, an excellent acidity, sweet tannins and a surprising touch of ripeness. 18500 Roda I Reserva, Rioja, 2009 The deep, dark, black fruit is almost always dominated by plum aromas together with mineral and chocolate notes, balsamic flavours, all of which form a whole which flows slowly from the very bottom of the glass, developing hugely as it reaches the expectant nose of the taster. On the palate, the fullness of the wine comes through clearly, the fruit complexity gently coating the mouth with masses of sweet tannins.
