Skillet Granola Apple Crisp Weekly Recipe 1 Preheat oven to 350 F. While oven is heating, melt butter in oven safe skillet over medium heat. Ingredients 2 Add the granola, 1 tablespoon of the flour, and 1 tablespoon sugar to the skillet. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the granola is well-coated. Then, transfer mixture to a bowl and set aside. 2 Cups of granola 3 Pour apples, lemon juice, and remaining sugar into the empty skillet. Cook the apples for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are juicy and slightly softened. Then, stir in the remaining flour. 5 Crisp apples, sliced 1/4 Cup of sugar 4 Add the granola mixture to the skillet evenly on top of the apples and place into the oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the crisp is bubbling and apples are tender. Serve warm and enjoy! 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour 3 Tbsp. of unsalted butter 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice
