Enclosed is information regarding our 77 th Annual Grand Assembly Session in July. If you register for Grand Assembly, purchase meal tickets or reserve a hotel room, please check in at Registration upon your arrival. Registration is located in the Topeka Room. Visiting dignitaries of all Fraternal Organizations will be presented during our Friday evening session on July. Please check in at the Wichita Ballroom by 6:30 PM. If you would like to join us for our banquet that evening, you will need to make a dinner reservation (see the Meal Form included in this package of information). Please arrive prior to 5:00 PM to get your banquet tickets. These are available at Registration. Dinner begins at 5:30 PM. We look forward to seeing you at our Grand Assembly Session. Greetings from the Grand Assembly of Kansas! We extend a special invitation to you to attend our 77 th Annual Grand Assembly Session. This will be held on July -3 at the Wichita Marriott, 900 Corporate Hills Drive, Wichita, KS, 6707, (36) 65-0333 (just north of Kellogg on Webb Road). DIRECTIONS - From I-35, take exit 50 (Kellogg Avenue east) less than ¼ mile to Webb Road (first stop light). Turn left (north) on Webb Road ¼ mile to Corporate Hills Drive. Turn left (west) on Corporate Hills Drive. The hotel is at the end of the block. REGISTRATION - A non-refundable registration fee is required for the sessions held on Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. If you plan to attend any of these sessions, you will need to register. Registration is $0.00 per person if received by June, 04. Late registration is $5.00 per person. A registration form is enclosed. HOUSING - Everyone will be housed at the Wichita Marriott. Room keys will be distributed as rooms become available. Room rates are $96.00 per night (including tax) with a maximum of 4 persons per room. In order to receive the special rates offered for Grand Assembly, you must make your reservations with us. DO NOT make reservations directly with the hotel. A hotel reservation form is enclosed. MEALS - All meals will be served at the hotel. Meals are to be prepaid and are non-refundable after June 5, 04. Meal packages are available for $86.00 and include dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening activities on Saturday; and breakfast on Sunday. Individual meals are available for those adults who need only specific meals. A meal order form is enclosed. SPECIAL EVENTS The Majority Luncheon will be on Saturday at Noon and is open to all Majority Rainbow Members. The Saturday evening activities will begin at 7:30 PM. This is for Rainbow Girls and their families, prospective members and Rainbow/Masonic Adults. The dress code is nice casual. The Men s Breakfast will be on Sunday at 9:00 AM and is open to all men who are attending Grand Assembly. SCHOLARSHIP FUND In an effort to carry on our tradition for awarding scholarships for our girls who are striving to expand their education, we continue to collect donations for this fund. If you would like to make a donation, please include that on the enclosed Registration Form. The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a charitable organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service under IRS Code Section 50(c)(3). Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We hope you will be able to attend our 77 th Annual Grand Assembly Session.
