Manager Signature The RiverStone Inn Banquet Policy Thank you for selecting the RiverStone Inn for your upcoming event. Our facility offers a variety of options and our staff will provide you with an enjoyable and successful event. The following information is provided to help you plan your event at the RiverStone Inn. Our methods of payments are cash, credit card which include Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, or business check. We ask that you guarantee attendance to your party 5 business days prior to your scheduled event. This final count is not subject to reduction. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We request that payment be made in the form of one check. There will be no separate checks for any banquet functions. We offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your function, please note that sales are regulated by the state of Pennsylvania. The RiverStone Inn, as a licensee, is responsible for administration of these regulations. It is policy that no liquor, beer, or wine be brought into the facility from an outside source. It is Pennsylvania State Law that no person under the age of 21 be served, consume, or have possession of alcohol. There is a 20% gratuity added automatically for service of the function as well as a Pennsylvania state tax of 6%. These percentages are added to all food, beverages, room rentals, and special services.
We do ask that you provide a credit card to be held on file, for use of the room. If after the function there are no incidentals, you will not be charged. The RiverStone Inn does not permit any tape, staples, nails, or any other substances to affix to the walls and ceiling. No food will be allowed from outside sources without our consent and a service charge may be added. At the end of every function, all food is the property of the Riverstone Inn, nothing can be given away at the end of the function. Our banquet room comfortably seats 50 guests. With your help, we can make accommodations to seat more than 50 people. The room charge for the use of the banquet room is $200.00. If you order $200.00 or more worth of food the room charge will then be waived. These prices are based on a four (4) hour time period, however if you wish to keep the room longer than four (4) hours there will be an extra $50.00 charge for every hour after the allotted time given. You have the option to stay after our restaurant s closing time, please be aware that there is an additional charge for every hour after closing. We do appreciate five days notice of a banquet you would like to schedule. This helps us better serve you and also gives us time to plan, prepare and get the proper food and service to accommodate you to your fullest.
