Weddings AT P LY M O U T H A L B I O N Plymouth Albion provides a unique and central venue for a memorable wedding, party or reception. With two different suites and a marquee, we are able to welcome from 70 300 guests. We also have a licensed facility for the marriage ceremony. Our experienced events team will aid the smooth running of your event from planning right through to welcoming your guests on the day, ensuring that all of your needs are met. All our suites offer disabled access, have washroom facilities and the venue offers ample parking. Our dedicated events team and experienced chefs will ensure that all the details needed to make your day special are taken care of. Each wedding, party and reception that we host is unique. We are here to help you plan your special day or event.
Our Suites All prices quoted include tables, chairs, napkins, tablecloths, staff costs, VAT and use of the facilities excluding the rugby pitch. Should you wish to hire the whole stadium for your wedding there is a 10,000 fee. - YGS Marquee - Our smallest suite is licensed for marriage and civil partnerships. If your actual marriage takes place with us, then you have the use of the club house and its bar and facilities prior to the ceremony. The VP lounge in the club house will be used for the pre-marriage interviews with the registrar, the signing of the marriage register will take place after the ceremony in the YGS marquee. - Bidfood Marquee - Our largest marquee with a large private bar Stage Dancefloor Projector screen and PA system Washroom facilities 70-250 for a sit-down meal - SWComms Suite - Situated under the SWComms stand with its own private bar Dancefloor PA system Easy access parking 70-120 for a sit-down meal 70-100 for a buffet Private Washroom facilities
Silver Wedding Package Bidfood Marquee or the SWComms Suite - venue hire cost 4600 Based on 70 persons per function to include the following: Welcome drink - prosecco, pimms, or a glass of wine Deluxe afternoon high tea Warm savoury pastries and mini pies Assorted freshly-prepared and cut sandwiches Assorted cakes and fancies French-style macaroons Home-made scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream A variety of teas and freshly-prepared filter coffee Prosecco for the toast Extra numbers will be charged at a rate of 35 per head for day guests

Platinum Wedding Package Bidfood Marquee or the SWComms Suite - venue hire cost 6125 Based on 70 persons per function to include the following: Welcome drink - prosecco, pimms, or a glass of wine Three course banqueting menu Prosecco for the toast Extra numbers will be charged at a rate of 55 for day guests - Menu - For each course we can offer a choice of two dishes subject to confirmed numbers prior to the event or should you wish, we can offer one choice from the menu for everyone.
