This information package sets out our food and beverage packages, venue options and some important details about your event. The Wedding Package Includes 5 hour function duration (except afternoon tea which is 4 hours) Dedicated wedding coordinator and events team assisting in the preparation of your special day. Use of audio system and wireless microphone. Photography on site. Rehearsal before the wedding at a mutually suitable time. Table set up according to guest numbers and your wishes. Wedding Function Details Capacity Fairfield Park Boathouse can accommodate up to 150 people sit down or 250 cocktail style. Location Wedding receptions can be held upstairs in the Parlour and Veranda or downstairs on the Riverview deck which also includes the newly built dance hall which is perfect for kicking your heels up. Function Hours All functions must conclude no later than 11.30pm with guests leaving by 12.00 midnight. Access and parking Fairfield Park Boathouse is situated on the banks of the Yarra River in Fairfield on Fairfield Park Drive. Access (including wheelchair access) is from Fairfield Park Drive. Parking is located off Heidelberg Road in the car park and along Heidelberg Road. Flowers Flowers may be arranged by the guest or function co-ordinator. Decorations and linen extras Table decorations can be arranged by the guest. WEDDING CEREMONY Fairfield Park Boathouse is the idyllic location for your ceremony with its Yarra River frontage and uninterrupted parkland views. We have the flexibility to create your ideal ceremony in a wide range of locations, from the picture perfect terrace to the large deck overlooking the water Ceremony site Supply and set up of small clothed table with two chairs Seating set up for agreed number of guests at ceremony Sparkling and bottle water for bridal party Photography on the premises including use of boats Wet weather alternatives available $500 with wedding package $1500 ceremony only $900 short notice ceremony (less than 8 weeks) Ceremony Additions Red carpet aisle, extra chairs etc Fairfield Park Boathouse ceremonies are based on maximum 2-hour duration which includes the setup and pack down of the ceremony site Light refreshments for your guests comfort can be provided before and/or after the ceremony in the intervening time of photographs and the commencement of your reception.
