We would like to invite everyone to our 2017 offering. Our walking herd bulls have offered a tremendous group of bulls for your appraisal. The Sniper and Sting groups have another great set to end their careers lots of performance, hair, and style. The daughters that are in the herd will rise to the top real fast. Cobra (DEEG Mr 4A) will always be a fan favorite for us. He does so many things right, from disposition, to the way he calves, to the way they perform. His first daughters will start milking this January and we are looking forward to calving season. Luongo s bull calves are a good set again, and they are all out of heifers. His calving ease has been outstanding as he was used on all the red heifers again. A new sire is Bootlegger (MRL 133B), with calving ease, performance, and in a moderate package. Another new sire Goon (LFE Lewis 368B) was also added to the lot. He is a hetero black as we want to add to the black side and not lose on the reds. He has a great set of both colors. He is a great bull for us to start building the black group around, and he has lots to offer for a set of black cows. Singletary will close out our sire groups and our black bulls. His daughters will be milking in January and they are broody. Both black sires were used a little on the heifers with good results. The Red Angus group has a good offering from calving ease heifer bulls to the performance cow bull. Boss is a new sire that is moderate, thick, with sleep-at-night calving ease for your heifers. Acquire has a group to meet both demands for heifer bulls and cow bulls. New for this year, we have decided to go with a video sale and on DLMS. No bulls will enter the barn. The bulls will be in the same pens as before just outside the barn. We will have the videos done in mid January. We look forward to seeing and making new friends. ACCIDENTS - Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the Sales Management, auctioneer, consignors. or Association assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS - The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale. TRANSCON LIVESTOCK CORP. IS AGENT ONLY - It is to be clearly understood that Transcon Livestock Corp. is only acting as a medium between buyer and seller and is not in any way responsible for any failure on the part of either party to live up to his obligations, neither does Transcon Livestock Corp. assume any financial obligations to collect or enforce collection of any monies between parties, and any legal action that may, in exceptional cases, be taken, must be between buyer and seller. The Auctioneer shall have the right to refuse bids from anyone who has a previous record of default in payment or who has not made proper credit clearance prior to the sale with the owner or Sale Managers. 20
