Glasshouse Executive Day Package

EXECUTIVE PACKAGE Capacity Glasshouse accommodates up to 1000 people standing or 500 guests seated. Additionally, Glasshouse has a state-of-the-art 152 seat Theatre and an Executive Level which includes two beautifully designed and intimate spaces. This comprises the Boardroom, seating up to 18 guests and the Executive Room which can seat up to 32 guests. Executive Package Executive day packages are valid Monday through to Friday (Please note all conferences must conclude by 5.00pm) Packages Full Day covers 8 hour duration Half Day covers 4-5 hour duration Venue Hire For the exclusive use of The Glasshouse event space, please allow a venue hire fee, inclusive of; - Security guards for the duration of your event - Custom made lectern with microphone; technician on site additional charge - Electronic Seating Chart - 2m x 1.5m black stage - Taupe weave or black weave linen and crisp white napkins - High bar tables and stools - Existing décor and lounge furniture in foyer - Cloaking facilities - Private green room with en-suite bathroom - 1.8m round tables and/or 1.6m x 1.2m rectangular tables - Table centre pieces with marble basics tray and votive
