We have the capacity to host more than 100 000 cattle on Sparta land in the Free State and North West provinces. Sparta beef is marketed both locally and internationally. South Africans daily consume approximately 38 000 Sparta sirloin steaks, 30 000 Sparta rump steaks and 10 500 Sparta fillet steaks. The Sparta beef plant is certified Halaal by SANHA and NIHT and our beef is traceable from farm to packaged product.
