Table 1 Jean Becker, Alsace, France Anne Birckel The Becker family s winemaking legacy dates back to 1610 in Zellenberg, with the estate now in the hands of the 13th generation. The wines produced are of the highest standard, with vineyard holdings across five Grand Cru areas. Since 1999 production has been certified organic, reinforcing their attention to detail and respect for their unique terroir. 1/1 Sylvaner Tradition 2015 9.67 1/2 Le Riesling 2015 10.33 1/3 Pinot Gris 2016 12.67 1/4 Gewurztraminer 2015 12.67 1/5 Riesling Grand Cru Froehn 2015 17.83 1/6 Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Schoenenberg 2012 19.33 1/7 Riesling Vendanges Tardives Kronenbourg 2009 27.00 1/8 Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives Rimelsberg 2011 28.00 1/9 Séléction de Grains Noble Riesling Cuvée Etoiles 2007 37.5cl 24.17 1/10 Rouge d Alsace F de Zellenberg 2011 18.50 4 * Prices per 75cl unless otherwise stated, exclusive of VAT, inclusive of duty, correct at time of printing, subject to availability.

Table 2 Tenuta Montauto, Maremma, Toscana, Italy Riccardo Lepri The Maremma is often refer to as the Wild West, both in terms of its landscapes and its winemaking. While in Northern Tuscany, the Etruscans were making wine thousands of years before, the Maremma used to be a wild, swampy backwater, and viticulture was only introduced to the region in the 19th century. Riccardo Lepri s family has produced artisan wines for nearly sixty years at the Montauto estate, nestled 200 metres above sea level on a clay rich soil. The vineyards benefit from a cooling sea breeze and large diurnal temperature. This unique microclimate coupled with Riccardo s practices of minimum intervention, hand harvesting and use of natural fertilizers help produce wines that are clean, fresh and mineral, showcasing his unique terroir with balance and elegance. 2/1 Maremma Bianco Vermentino Malvasia 2016 9.33 2/2 Gessaia Sauvignon Blanc 2016 12.08 2/3 Enos 1 Sauvignon Blanc 2016 16.33 2/4 Maremma Rosso Ciliegiolo Sangiovese 2015 9.33 2/5 Pinot Nero 2015 16.33 annual portfolio tasting www.davywine.co.uk/wholesale 5

Table 3 Unmaivino, Sardinia, Italy Gioacchino Sini & Francesco Gabriele Sardinia deserves to be known more widely as a wine region, with a host of native grape varieties and sub-regions. Unmaivino is a family run property founded in 1949 and based in the Berchidda area. The Vermentino di Gallura is a classic route to understanding Sardinian wines; the Colli del Limbara is from vineyards around Mount Limbara, one of the highest peaks on the island. 3/1 Terre e Mare Vermentino di Gallura 2016 11.00 3/2 Biancosmeraldo Vermentino di Gallura 2015 14.42 3/3 Terre e Mare Rosso dei Colli del Limbara 2014 11.67 3/4 Rossosmeraldo Rosso dei Colli del Limbara 2014 14.42 3/5 Oltremare Rosso dei Colli del Limbara 2012 29.00 6 * Prices per 75cl unless otherwise stated, exclusive of VAT, inclusive of duty, correct at time of printing, subject to availability.

Table 4 Azienda Agricola Pelassa, Piedmont, Italy Daniele Pelassa Located in Montà d Alba, in the chalky Roero hills of Piedmont, the Pelassa family owns 12 hectares of vineyards focusing on the grapes best suited for the land: Nebbiolo, Barbera and Arneis. The present winery was created in 1960 by Mario Pelassa, who has been in the wine business for over 50 years. Today, his sons, Davide and Daniele, continue with the family tradition, expanding their winery into new markets. Pelassa adheres mainly to traditional methods of vinification, but has integrated modern techniques through the introduction of state-of-the-art equipment. 4/1 Mario s White 2016 8.00 4/2 Roero Arneis San Vito 2016 10.33 4/3 Mario s Red 2015 8.00 4/4 Barbera d'alba Superiore 2015 11.50 4/5 Langhe Enrichetta 2015 9.08 4/6 Nebbiolo d Alba 2014 13.00 4/7 Barolo 2013 23.83 4/8 Barolo Riserva 2010 45.33 annual portfolio tasting www.davywine.co.uk/wholesale 7

Table 5 S A Prüm, Mosel, Germany David Wright The Prüm name has been synonymous with quality wine production in the Mosel for generations, where the family has been cultivating vineyards and producing wine in the region since 1156. In summary, S A Prüm was the original, dominant Prüm name until 1911 when branches of the family went their own ways (i.e. J J Prüm). The grandson of the vineyard s namesake, Sebastian Alois Prüm (1794-1871), also Sebastian Alois, established the winery in 1911. His son and now grandson, the present day Raimund, who inherited the vineyards in 1971, continue the traditions with his daughter Saskia. Since 1971 the winery was modernised and the vineyards further developed, consistently producing wines with an international following. The 13 hectares of vineyards are exclusively planted with Riesling on the steep slopes of the middle Mosel. 5/1 Solitar Riesling Trocken 2016 9.17 5/2 Bernkasteler Lay Riesling Kabinett 2010 20.17 5/3 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese 2011 24.17 5/4 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Devon Großes Gewächs 2010 33.67 5/5 Graacher Dompropst Auslese 2006 37.5cl 15.83 8 * Prices per 75cl unless otherwise stated, exclusive of VAT, inclusive of duty, correct at time of printing, subject to availability.

Table 6 Domaine Sève, Burgundy, France Jean Pierre & Sylvie Sève This seven hectares property lies on the steep slopes overlooking Solutré, one of the finest of all the Mâcon villages and the very core of the appellation. Sylvie and Jean-Pierre Sève, the current (and 3rd) generation, apply rigorous standards in the vineyard and the cellar, following similar ideologies and production methods as seen at the top estates in the Cote de Beaune. 6/1 Mâcon Solutre 2016 11.17 6/2 Pouilly-Fuissé Aux Chailloux 2015 Also available in magnums 16.33 6/3 Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes 2013 limited availability 19.50 6/4 Pouilly-Fuissé Anthilde 2015 Also available in magnums 21.17 annual portfolio tasting www.davywine.co.uk/wholesale 9

Table 7 Little Beauty, Marlborough, New Zealand Fleur McCree This great little privately owned estate lies in Marlborough s Southern Valleys where the wines differ slightly from the mainstream. This delectable property is spread over five plots, each with its own soil profile and micro climate, which allows winemaker Eveline Fraser (former head winemaker at Cloudy Bay) the chance to make unusually complex, multi dimensional wines. The winemaking is modern, but there is more than a nod towards tradition; in Little Beauty the best of new and the best of the old unite together seamlessly. 7/1 Limited Edition Dry Riesling 2011 12.83 7/2 Limited Edition Sauvignon Blanc 2016 12.00 7/3 Black Edition Sauvignon Blanc 2014 21.33 7/4 Limited Edition Pinot Gris 2014 13.50 7/5 Black Edition Pinot Gris 2010 21.33 7/6 Limited Edition Gewurztraminer 2012 13.50 7/7 Limited Edition Pinot Noir 2016 16.50 7/8 Black Edition Pinot Noir 2014 27.67 sweet 7/9 Little Beauty Noble Gewurztraminer 2015 halves 10.33 10 * Prices per 75cl unless otherwise stated, exclusive of VAT, inclusive of duty, correct at time of printing, subject to availability.

Table 19 Château Guiraud, Sauternes, Bordeaux, France Sophie Balanger The black and gold label of Château Guiraud is one of the oldest in the Bordeaux region and has remained unchanged since its creation, asserting their independent spirit from the start. This pioneering essence led the Château to create its own conservatory of grape varieties as well as becoming the first Grand Cru Classé from 1855 to be awarded an organic certification in 2011. To ensure their signature style, Sauvignon Blanc grapes are selected from the oldest strains in the conservatory, representing 35% of the total vines planted as well as being vinified separately. At the bottom of the vineyards slopes, there are natural springs which enable drainage and the prevention of stagnated humidity, allowing the grapes to be affected by Botrytis seamlessly to then be hand-picked one by one. 19/1 G de Guiraud 2016 14.00 sweet 19/2 Petit Guiraud 2013 halves 11.67 19/3 Château Guiraud 1er Cru Classé 2009 45.00 19/4 Château Guiraud 1er Cru Classé 2002 halves 25.00 annual portfolio tasting www.davywine.co.uk/wholesale 25

Table 39 Indie Top 20 Our relationships with the world s finest winemakers and Châteaux go back five generations. Our current portfolio features over 40 growers we represent exclusively in the UK. As we are totally independent, we have the freedom to be very selective about the wines we offer.
